My Mom and Dad lived out in Sequim over 30 years until they passed. They used to frequent The Mariner.
My parents had frequented the establishment for many, many years, following them from the old location at one end of town to the other. My Mom who had dementia, really liked to drink the sweet little cups of flavored coffee sweetener.
Despite the fact that my parents had eaten and spent plenty of money there for years including bringing in all of the family (30 to 45 plus people sometimes), they would remove all of the flavored coffee creamer from their table when they came in because she was "stealing" from them.. So horribly sad!! Cost the bar next to nothing compared to what my parents had spent there. Breaks My Heart that a local place in an area with an aging population would do this.

Small town diner in every sense of the word. Family owned and operated and it shows.

Friendly service, homely vibes.

Great breakfast all day. Exactly what you'd expect.

You know exactly what to expect, so no complaints.

Good solid food. Club sandwich. Meatloaf sandwich. Got to sit in a separate area where the puppy could come in with us.

Good breakfast place. Food was really good. Everybody seemed friendly. They apparently let dogs/pets in, thought that was a little different, maybe it was just the porch seating that allows them .
