I ordered a large double quarter pounder with cheese meal, but due to a medical condition, I can't drink carbonation, so I ordered a water. On the screen, I noticed that he entered a small water. When I said that I'd like a large water because it was the included beverage for my large meal, he informed me that they weren't allowed to do a large cup of water with a meal so I would be required to pay for the large cup. I was flabbergasted, but agreed. I was charged a quarter for the cup. Now, granted, a quarter isn't a big deal, BUT REALLY????? I always get water in place of a soda, anytime I get fast food and I've NEVER been charged for the privilege - at any fast food place, including any other McDonald's. Considering that there's a DQ across the street (though their fries aren't as good), I absolutely won't be returning to this McDonald's and supporting such insanely ludicrous policies and owners. I own 2 restaurants. I get that there are things the average consumer doesn't understand about the workings of a restaurant, but this is absolute craziness and I can't support ridiculousness like this.

Horrible. Food was tossed into our bag, forgotten items, cold food, and BOTH of my chicken sandwiches had cartilage in them. And we were the only car in the drive thru, with no cars in the parking lot. It's been 30 minutes and I've already complained to corporate.
