Went there twice both times closed second time had others meeting us for lunch my treat still not open sure miss truck foods sadly not there's after 3 times not open I quiet trying one star cause looks bomb just never open when we keep tryingI hope there safe

We very much enjoyed this place. The owner and staff is courteous and you can tell loves cooking their food and making customers happy. I witnessed the owner even taking pride while wrapping the burger up with a big smile on his face. Would definitely recommend 10/10Get the onion rings !

We had dinner from North West Grill for the first time tonight but it won't be the last time. The hamburgers were HUGE and both my husband's fries and my onion rings were superb. The area to wait for the order to be made up is awesome. What a class act. Thank you!!!

I called while on my lunch break to put in an order and I was told they did not accept orders over the phone.. repeated it twice.. it kind of felt rude or as if he was busy, I was right down the road, okay not a big deal, wanted to go there anyways to pick it up. I still went and ordered (this is my second visit, I really liked the seasoned fries from my first visit) I ordered 2 sliders and a large fry. When ordering, I was questioned how I ordered, confusing. Okay, no big deal again, but not very welcoming. They called my name, I got my order, back to work and the sliders have a pickle and sauce on them.. I thought it was advertised with the toppings, being $8 an order and the fries are not seasoned at all. Very disappointed, for $12.. not worried about the price, but not stoked on what I got for the price Figured a review could help as a new business, we are a small town and I think it would be convenient to do orders over the phone and to be more consistent. Great potential, will be back, trying not to be negative!

I can’t wait to try everything on the menu. The burger was awesome, bacon was not too crispy not too limp. The burger had just the right amount of texture and the beef patty was very flavorful. They have “puppy patties” for our dogs which was sweet and a very delightful fried jalapeño tater tot things. A great addition to Sequim and great convenient stop on the 101.

Great spot for a quick bite. The bacon burger was flavorful and the fries remind of McDonald's (my favorite). Friendly service and a great covered seating area. Prices are a little higher than expected but given the currently soaring meat costs it's not surprising. Looking forward to trying their other items too!

Got 2 pork & 1 beef taco. Liked the pork the best. Only con was meat on both were dry. I added salsa & pico de gallo from home which made them better as well as in the rice. Beans were good, & loved the marinated red onions on the tacos. If more moisture is added to the meats, they would get a 5 star. I'm a taco fanatic, so glad to see this place open in my neighborhood. Will try the hamburgers next time to see how I like those. I give NorthWest Grill a 4 star.

I had the pork tacos and a side of fries. It was all hot, fresh, and cooked to order. The pork was juicy and flavorful. The picked red onions were amazing. I don't normally care for the standard beans and rice on the side but he seasoned it all really well. I cleared my plate. Will be back to try the rest of the menu!
