We very much enjoyed this place. The owner and staff is courteous and you can tell loves cooking their food and making customers happy. I witnessed the owner even taking pride while wrapping the burger up with a big smile on his face. Would definitely recommend 10/10Get the onion rings !
We had dinner from North West Grill for the first time tonight but it won't be the last time. The hamburgers were HUGE and both my husband's fries and my onion rings were superb. The area to wait for the order to be made up is awesome. What a class act. Thank you!!!
I called while on my lunch break to put in an order and I was told they did not accept orders over the phone.. repeated it twice.. it kind of felt rude or as if he was busy, I was right down the road, okay not a big deal, wanted to go there anyways to pick it up. I still went and ordered (this is my second visit, I really liked the seasoned fries from my first visit) I ordered 2 sliders and a large fry. When ordering, I was questioned how I ordered, confusing. Okay, no big deal...
