A beautiful dining experience--I wish I could come often. We came for the Thursday night casual dinner and enjoyed amazing food. The menu options are so well-rounded with great drinks as well. The property is gorgeous and service was flawless. Seriously top notch.

Foodies alert! This is a fabulous little restaurant. Four of us went for the prix fix dinner. The menu options were terrific, all very interesting preparations, the tables are far enough apart, that you can easily hear conversation. This is worthy of a destination dinner for anyone on the peninsula. Bob was our waiter, very knowledgeable and capable.

At Nourish in Sequim, a meticulously curated three-course meal offered a refined celebration of garden-driven cuisine. The chilled cucumber soup was crisp and aromatic, capturing the essence of late spring in each cooling spoonful. A flawlessly seared halibut followed—delicately plated atop tender vegetables, each component vibrant and true to its season. The finale, a strawberry and lychee entremet, was both ethereal and precise, balancing floral notes with a restrained sweetness. Set against an open-air ambiance that felt like dining in a meadow, the experience was as thoughtfully composed as it was transportive.

Quiet, quaint, and romantic restaurant in nice location. The food and drinks are imaginative, creative, and well prepared. Service is professional. However, the building and grounds appear worn, and in need of an upgrade; could benefit of Pacific Northwest lodge atmosphere. Maybe add a bar and lounge area. Overall, it's a compliment at the base of the upscale Highland Hills neighborhood.

The place is sweet. The staff nice and the drinks were delicious. The food was the worst I’ve ever had. I went with a group of 6. Everyone had a sampling of the entire menu and all the food missed the mark. The quality of ingredients was very poor and the food had zero seasoning.

The service was excellent. Very knowledgeable and prompt. The cocktail and shrub were divine. The food was sadly average at a premium price. My steak was tough. The soup was bland. Salmon was good but a small portion. I've had excellent meals here in the past. Last nights experience was disappointing.

We came to Nourish on a whim when they opened and they accommodated us without a reservation; we were very grateful! The food was excellent and their custom sodas were some of the best I have ever had!

The environment, service, and (very fresh) food was lovely…… but I simply MUST wax poetic for a moment on the Chocolate Teff Brownie Cake w/ pistachio crunch layer, and milk chocolate ganache… this was truly one of the best desserts we have EVER eaten. Hats off and a very deep bow for the pastry team. This dish will forever exist our dreams. Thank you.

An absolute gem for a city the size of Sequim! Farm to table, fresh, organic ingredients prepared well. The quality flavors, and portions make it worth the price in my book.

My meal:
1. Fig and goat cheese amuse with cherry maple gastric
2. Le Franc, spearmint infused gin, lime cordial, strawberry balsamic shrub, fresh ground nutmeg, angostura bitters.
3. Parisienne Gnocchi, lemon ricotta, heirloom tomato sauce, pesto.
4. Summer Minestrone, Parmesan Crisp.
5. Seared Wild Salmon, tomato ginger sesame, coconut cream, curry leaf, zucchini "risotto" seasonal vegetables.
6. Blackberry Plum Fruit Crisp with vanilla ice cream.

Sequim is essentially an upper middle to rich retirement village overlaid on a longer standing population of ranchers. farmers, lavender growers, crabbers and shrimpers. Nourish, which sits alone on a hillside which is splendidly picturesque on a sun-drenched summer day, always seems bracketed by Lexuses, Acuras and BMWs, which may reflect that its $75 prix fixe menu is a tad expensive. I am nearing completion of a spring/summer project to sample and critique the area's 21 highest rated or most talked about restaurants, and Nourish, with its promise of delivering the best organic and locally grown products of fishermen, farmers and foragers, must be considered among the Peninsula's most important. As noted, its site. amply planted with lavender, herbs and other edibles, is wonderful on a sunny afternoon, though its current schedule of only offering dinner limits the time available to enjoy its charm. The interior, and its ambience, are more functional than charming. It makes up for this with exceptional, top-of-the-line professional service, such as that provided on our visit by Bob. Specialties are seasonal and constantly changing, and we enjoyed oysters Rockefeller, chicken skewers with an almond satay better than the usual peanut satay. My wife found the 12hr braise lamb with apricot rose pistachio rice unusually tender. But the cook misfired in serving local mushrooms in the Thai way, first roasted, then immersed in coconut cream sauce and rice noodles, but with the sweetness unmediated or counterbalanced by potent Thai spices. The result was somehow both bland and cloying. Far better would have been a dry mound of the excellent mushrooms (mane, queen bolete, cremini and oyster) and summer/fall veggies. Luckily, the desserts (lemon cream roulade, cocoa ginger torte and a tiny bit of heavenly sunflower maple crunch) compensated. Bottom line: the Trip Advisor average ranking is 4.5, which is probably precise, but, breaking that average down, I would rate it 5 stars for use of local products (superb mushrooms, oysters, sunflower seeds). For its performance in the kitchen, I'd say it was hit or miss, good enough only for a four star rating. I'll give it five stars, based on ambition and good intentions, and Nourish's possible role as a model for sustainable farm to table cuisine. The Olympic Peninsula, or at least those who can afford it, is lucky to have Nourish.

Only open Thursday - Sunday, make reservations if you would like to experience some of the finest farm to table, organic, and gluten free fresh fine dining with an always changing menu. It is family owned with David, owner and host and his wife working hard as chef in the kitchen. It is a prix fixe dinner with an appetizer, entree, and dessert.

I came for the farm to table, organic experience and to check out how good the gluten free food might be for my husband. I loved it so much that during the entree, I was thinking about coming back for a second night and did so!

There is a cozy inside area and a lovely outside, covered and uncovered patio areas.

It is the kind of rare food where your body feels energized and happy that it got to eat the clean, delicious food. I had looked for another restaurant to try, but nothing would have made my body as happy as coming back to Nourish Sequim for a 2nd night.

I got the pork and shrimp vegetable noodle salad both nights. You get two pork and shrimp patties which were delicious and warm and the vegetables sliced into noodles with a ginger, tamari sauce which were so good. For entrees, I had the duck the first night which I loved. Second night, I had the seared scallops with blueberry, lemon, and elderflower sauce and blueberry polenta. I have not eaten scallops in probably 30 years, but there were a nice size and flavor,. For dessert, I had the peach and blueberry crisp one night, and the chocolate cake in the 4th picture the first night. They really show how good gluten free can be!

Bob was my waiter for both nights. As a woman eating by herself, he provided the perfect amount of care and attention and welcomed me back by name on the 2nd night. I was also impressed when Dave, the host had greeted me by name on the 2nd night when I arrived, since I did not know at the time that he was also the owner. Those special touches of making you feel cared about and glad to be there, besides the delicious food, make Nourish Sequim a restaurant that I want to bring my husband to when we are back in the Port Angeles/Sequim area again.

Parking: There is parking in the front of the restaurant and even more places around the back.

Have been coming for years but will probably not come back. Food was very mediocre. The dessert crisp was extremely poor quality, undercooked. Wines by the glass were very subpar quality but very pricey. Service was poor. Had a hard time ever getting a refill of water. Lovely setting but quality has gone way downhill.

This is one of my favorites in WA state. Go there for the amazing ambience (great outdoor seating, lavender garden) and freshly served cuisine. After a delicious meal, one can catch the sunset at Dungeness Spit or on the ferry ride back to Seattle.

Nourish was an absolutely wonderful experience tonight for both myself and my girlfriend.

I’m celiac and we both have multiple intolerances. We really struggle to find somewhere to go out to eat where we won’t suffer consequences. We usually give up and cook at home.

Nourish has a 100% gluten free kitchen and offers nothing short of an exceptional gourmet experience, especially for those of us who rarely get to experience such meals.

We felt perfectly at home requesting items be left out of our meals. In fact, our waiter said, “Let me know if you have intolerances and I’ll make sure those are left out of your meal.”

Not to worry if you have no intolerances, you won’t miss a thing, not the gluten or anything else. The food here is delicious.

From the host and owner, to our server, and even the bartender, the service here was excellent. Our server suggested we take a walk in their garden while we waited for our food. Many of the ingredients for their meals come from their garden. Being “wanna be” gardeners, this was a cool experience.

The wonderful scent of lavender, clover and sage made the outdoor dining experience especially delightful as did the music and, well, just everything.

Thank you Nourish! We’ll be back for sure.

Dietary restrictions: Celiac, gluten free, allergy/intolerance friendly.

Parking: Two lots; smaller one is out front but if that’s full there’s a large lot right in the back.
