I finally had the opportunity to visit this AMAZING food truck. I had the half order of smash mac. The noodles were cooked to perfection. The cheese was luxurious and smooth. The pork was melt in your mouth tender. The sauce was phenomenal and the green onions tied it all together perfectly. One million out of 10. The staff is happy, smiling, & kind. May the Lord continue to bless your business!!

Oh yeah the dankest....if that's your goal. Then I'd go for the Smash Mac Wrap with chicken tender or the pork... And their White tiger sauce is good on everything. If you like spicy then the Reaper red sauce.
Definitely try everything on the menu at least once or twice..you'll definitely be blessed.
Be warned though It's for only the Dankest of Flavor Adventurers.

Wow I was so impressed with their smash Mac cheese with pulled pork. The flavors and textures were on point. Their Mac n cheese is different, like a cheddar and ricotta blend but really loved it and it worked really well with the pulled pork and mustard sauce. The half was a perfect amount, the green onions on top really added to the bowl. Highly recommend, will return to try their chicken!
The food is delicious I didn’t know what kind of bbq sauce to get with my chicken wrap and the gentleman decided some white tiger something sauce and it was delicious 🤤 so yummy 😋 worth the wait

This was the highest recommended food stop when I was visiting the small town. It definitely exceeded expectations. Customer service was excellent, polite, and professional. The food was fresh and delicious, just the right amount of each flavor that paired perfectly with one another! I hope to see this business grow larger and make it across the country so I can enjoy it everywhere.

Im thrilled with Southern Nibble's Spicy Biscuit and Chicken Strips, the biscuits are flaky and buttery with a perfect spice level,not to bad while the chicken strips are crispy outside and juicy inside just melted, the flavors addictive and highly enjoyable, recommending the dish to spicy food and biscuit lovers and giving it a top 5-star rating will eat again.

One of the best BBQ/southern food. Very polite, sweet and also the cleanliness of this place is spectacular. I would def recommend as a quick family stop when you’re in the mood for some fresh, tangy, delicious, “southern nibble.”
