Southern Nibble catered our wedding this past weekend. My husband’s family is from the South, and finding a place to cater Southern BBQ up in the PNW seemed like a sign, so that’s who we went with. Their food was absolutely delicious! Their sauces were amazing, the meat was melt in your mouth scrumptious, and the macaroni just completely vanished 😂 They are also just the nicest people. We highly recommend them for any event you may have!
I finally had the opportunity to visit this AMAZING food truck. I had the half order of smash mac. The noodles were cooked to perfection. The cheese was luxurious and smooth. The pork was melt in your mouth tender. The sauce was phenomenal and the green onions tied it all together perfectly. One million out of 10. The staff is happy, smiling, & kind. May the Lord continue to bless your business!!
Oh yeah the dankest....if that's your goal. Then I'd go for the Smash Mac Wrap with chicken tender or the pork...
And their White tiger sauce is good on everything. If you like spicy then the Reaper red sauce.
Definitely try everything on the menu at least once or twice..you'll definitely be blessed.
