I went there tonight and was amazed with the customer service i was met with. I was treated as everybody should be and enjoyed my time. the employees were both super nice and super quick when making food. was given a 6 inch sub for free (i was willing to pay), and the whole time he was smiling and treated me with respect. goes to show that kindness goes a long way and will definitely pass it on.

Two of the employees here closed an hour early on me and another customer while we were in line. I left called them and asked to order and they lied and said they were out of bread so they had to close early. When I told them I was just in there and I saw they had bread the girl on the line started yelling at me.

I placed an order through the App. Everything went fine until my order was suddenly cancelled with no explanation. I tried calling the restaurant and couldn’t get through. I went to the restaurant and was not greeted friendly at all. I told the girl with pink hair what happened and she said our Internet is shotty. She then went on to other business, finally came back to me and said “so what do you want?” At this point I told her to forget it and walked out. My bank account shows the charge being taken out of my account for this order I didn’t receive. I will be contacting the manager

So, this owner works minors to close. He fires workers who take a mental day because he makes the working situation so stressful. Food is kept cold by ice under the bain, which is illegal. He owns 2 stores this one and one in Port Townsend. He is the worst owner I have ever seen. Worker dumped a whole shaker of pepper on my sub and made me sick for a whole day. No manager ever available when called upon. Avoid this place at all cost.

I'm upset at this time with the 3 employees that worked there it was a 6 pm shift. 1st day, one worker,so closed. I understand that. 2nd time, same time at night, 3 workers... sign on the door, closed for lunch... OMG... they lost 5 customers that night. I contacted the main office...never heard from them. The 3 workers hid in back keeping out of sight. I waited till 7 pm...as I got in my car, I see one of them come out. I left.. They had lunch for over an hour and a half. It's dinner time, people. You were and should've been open. One person at a time that late st night.. rest should've been working. Add me to the list of lost customers that night..equal 6. Corporate never responded. 3 customers went down to Papa Murphy's.. came out with pizzas in hand. I had a 91 year old mom and 3 teenagers waiting. And had to wait longer, cause now had to cook something up quickly. Mom and I did cereal...goid dinner.

Absolutely horrendous service and quality. Made an online purchase, double checked multiple times that I had ordered my sandwiches correctly… I did. Upon arriving at the Sequim, WA Location… there were 4 people on shift. Not one greeted or acknowledged any person in a slightly busy spot. After waiting in line for 10+ minutes, I announced myself and told them I had placed an online order, as I could see they were eye rolling me and the person behind me pending an order. One of the employees with pink hair then said, look behind you. I’ve never made an online order so I had no idea that they place them at front of store ready for pick up. When the person in front of me went to order, another female employee asked them “what do you want” in a snide manner. My order was incorrect and portions were skim and dull to say the least, when I ordered extras…. I used to love this location however now, I believe each employee there today should be reprimanded to put it nicely. I’ll no longer return to this location after today.
