Something has gone badly wrong with their food quality. The mixed shredded salad was off and the flour tacos were pasty and wet. They should not stick to the paper wrapping like wet flour. Management need to step in to review quality and training asap. Very pleasant customer service though…

Great store. Almost always have everything I’m craving. Staff is super friendly, I usually order on the app and pick up in the drive thru. The ONLY thing I will say is when I order on the app then pick up in the drive thru, sometimes there’s a bit of a wait at the drive thru, BUT that’s because everything is being made fresh. There other places where I order online and by the time I pick it up my food is soggy or cold….but that’s never happens here, so I don’t mind waiting a few minutes. Yall are doing amazing!! Thank you!

More interested in getting us through the drive thru than listening to what we had to say. Out of soft tortillas so no soft tacos which is what I went for. Should have offered a burrito shell but tried to up sell to a burrito instead. Food we paid for was left out of the bag. At least they got our order wrong with speed. Used to have to wait 10-15 minutes for them to get our order wrong. Of course we’ll be back cause we love Taco Bell and they’re the only one in town. Still dissatisfied.

This Taco Bell always has amazing fresh food. The staff are quick and friendly. The lobby has never been open as long as I've lived in the area and that sucks.
I ordered a number 2 which was 3 taco Supreme s and a drink I got Lettuce and cheese only on my tacos no sour cream ot tomatoes. Tried to call about just get the fax machine. Won't go back and will tell all my friends not to go.

This place is going downhill. No care absolutely at all in how this place is being ran. Were frequent flyers here and we’ve been countlessly disappointed with how things go here. Orders without certain items, sauces etc. staff isn’t accommodating at all nor cares to here problems. Ridiculous.
