We've always enjoyed the food from Tootsies until last Wednesday evening. I got a regular burger that usually compares to the great burgers in P.A. at Frugals. But the burger I was served obviously had been reheated from a much earlier time. I called to complain and the alleged manager I talked to was defensive, and denied it might have been reheated. I also had some stomach issues that evening...... Unfortunately, we are now reluctant to return.

Cutest lil burger shop, great staff. I am of the opinion that burgers aren't a daily thing and they should not be bargain bin items. I had a Jalapeño Jazz Burger on a GF bun and it was super tasty and well balanced. People talking price, it's all about what you enjoy, personally it's less than an hour of min wage and I'd glady work an hour to earn the burger I enjoyed.

Ordered a peanut butter and chocolate milkshake BAD terrible They used coffee flavoring syrups that taste like Hazelnuts ☹️ They never said it wasn't peanutbutter. Go to Dairy Queen they use real fruit and peanut butter ?
Fresh juice made to order, how rare is that at fast food?! Fries are great, burger is good not great. A bit pricey, but the landscaping and style is so quaint, it felt like being at a ride at Disneyland but more genuine.

If you're gluten free due to celiac or an allergy, don't eat here. Yes they have a GF bun and advertise GF options, but I've gotten sick 3 times here so I won't be going back again. I asked about GF options and was told pretty much all the burgers can be made GF and the fries are not GF. I ordered the black bean burger and felt terrible after, only to find out next time the black bean patty has gluten in it. I also didn't feel well after the firebird chicken burger, so I think either the sauce has gluten in it or cross contamination is too high. Two stars because the food is tasty.
I ordered a Junior Hamburger, which is supposed to come with all the fixings but was instead given a Junior patty with just ketchup and a pickle, the ingredients for the regular burger. Overall, disappointed with the value.
