Gotta love the old DQ. Nothing like that soft serve covered or mixed up with your favorite toppings. The Shelton DQ has exceptional service, especially for a made to order establishment. Staff is polite, friendly and always remembers to flip the blizzard.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Dairy Queen in Shelton. Their lobby was closed and we had a trailer so we couln't fit in the drive thru. They did not turn us away and let us place our order walking through. I have had to do this a few time in the past and was turned away from places in Tumwater (McDonalds and Taco Bell). Farm girls gotta eat too and majority of drive thru's are not big enough for trailers. Thank you so much for seeing our dilema and welcoming us. My dollars will definately be spent at your business and other places could use taking a page out of your book!

I always give this place the benefit of the doubt, but lately it just has not been great. The last few times I've either had missing or wrong orders, or the food has just been downright inedible. My most recent trip was the parmesan garlic chicken tenders and They were dripping with sauce that was too salty to consume, the fries and chicken were cold, and the toast was stale.
Ice cream order was right this time, but I feel like the quality in how the ice creams are made has gone down. They just looks sloppy every time I'm handed a blizzard or a cone.
