Just wanted to give a shout out to Dairy Queen in Shelton. Their lobby was closed and we had a trailer so we couln't fit in the drive thru. They did not turn us away and let us place our order walking through. I have had to do this a few time in the past and was turned away from places in Tumwater (McDonalds and Taco Bell). Farm girls gotta eat too and majority of drive thru's are not big enough for trailers. Thank you so much for seeing our dilema and welcoming us. My dollars will definately be spent at your business and other places could use taking a page out of your book!

I always give this place the benefit of the doubt, but lately it just has not been great. The last few times I've either had missing or wrong orders, or the food has just been downright inedible. My most recent trip was the parmesan garlic chicken tenders and They were dripping with sauce that was too salty to consume, the fries and chicken were cold, and the toast was stale.
Ice cream order was right this time, but I feel like the quality in how the ice creams are made has gone down. They just looks sloppy every time I'm handed a blizzard or a cone.

Very rude. I am disrespectful. I should go pee before it would order. I don't know if they were assuming. I wasn't getting anything or what but they said no open bathrooms and Proceeded to point to the door..... Not to mention there was about 6 employees doing nothing just all talking group together when one of them said that.

The last 2 times I've placed a mobile order have been less than adequate. I was made to wait 20 minutes after arriving at the store and 15 minutes longer than the app stated. Today I came in to pick up my order and was passed up while they took the order of a person that arrived after me. I could see my order on the counter but could not get them to wait on me. Mind you I was wearing bright purple overalls and a hot pink shirt making me hard to miss. I don't understand. But for $30 I would hope for better from them. It will be a long while if I ever try them again.
