I ordered the birra quesadillas, they were okay. Not sure I would order them again. Husband ordered the beef burrito and it was HUGE and very tasty! Well money spent! The side of beans that came with mine were soooo good! There was actual beans in it, not just pureed slop! So much favor!!! They also came with fried jalapenos and they were so good!! We will for sure come back. Service was amazing as well!
El vagon needs to work a little bit more on their carne asada seasoning, I ordered a carne asada torta and the bread was a little bit on the stale side, it wasn't fresh, the carne asada was a bit salty, it was an ok torta but just for this time. My wife's carne asada plate was served nice but the carne asada was not grilled it was fried and salty as well. The place is great for a food truck it beat a lot of place and, the works are great. if you haven't eaten here you're missing out. The food is sooooo good. If you're trying to eat somewhere go here
