I have always had great experience when eating in. DONT ORDER TO GO!!!! t h ey could charge extra for boxes like others do but instead they shrunk the dishes. 14 fo oysterstew served in collassel bowl totally worth it 4 ounce xmcup to go now so much . Prawn Sautee and clam Sautee has always been our go to ,out of this world. I thought my to go order was missing the rice but there was maybe 1 ounce after digging through both dishes. Very disappointed after spending $94 on this plus 18% tip for to go . I will post picture differences on my yelp review. They're not an option here

Service was horrible Nicholas was our waiter, on a slow Monday night only one other table. Never asked what we wanted to drink, never checked back in, food was cold after waiting 30 minutes for it. It was our anniversary saddened with the service and lack of care

The service was slow. It took over an hour for the food to arrive, and it was lackluster at best. The only thing that the waitstaff was quick with was the check.

I ordered the chicken Alfredo.
The sauce was thin and runny, the bread was stale and covered in oil. The Alfredo came with veggies not listed on the menu. More than half my meal was uneditable. When we told the waitress she just shrugged it off. Definitely never returning.

Prime rib is overcooked probably 90% of the time over several months. You have to ask staff to actually look at it because their cook will always say rare when it is not and dry at least an inch in all around the edges. At 430-5pm you're lucky if the prime rib is medium. Then even managment admits they take this overcooked meat and use it for the prime rib French dips. To complain to management and ask them to go look at the prime rib right away so they can address what is happening and how they are not cooking it properly. NADA!, over 6 months of complaining and they still can't get it right and each personal complain goes unaddressed... such high hopes for how they use to be. Management is always thanking you for taking the time to bring it to their attention. They send out the beverage manager to take complaints that goes no further. Eat before coming to the casino or if a good steak dinner and a night out matters then red wind actually knows how to cook steak. I switched casinos just for the food reason.

You'd think being the only restaurant that serves breakfast at a "resort" would be open at 830 am. Apparently if you come on Monday or Tuesday that isn't the case....very disappointing. We have eaten here before and the food is OK, but being the only option for breakfast, you deal with it. And NO, I don't want a muffin from the coffeeshop. I want BREAKFAST!

Food was great, i enjoyed my meal. The unfortunate part was dealing with the hosts. I was put on the waiting list and was told it would take 45 mins. I came back in 55 mins and ask for the status, they said that they just need to clean a table and i would be next. Well they ended up seating someone else in my spot and said that they didnt realize that there was a reservation in front of me. The thing is, why didnt they say that when i asked for the status. I know that it was a mistake because they called for a Michelle and they seated someone named Sean in my spot. It took 2 hours for me to actually get seated. The guy host seemed new and the lady host had a rude additude. Then we get finally get seated, mind you, i am starving at this point, why did everyone get served bread but our table. I asked about it and was told it is given when its requested. Never ate there to know that. Like i said, i enjoyed the food but the lack of accountability is ridiculous. Not sure if we will return. The sportsbar seems to have better service, we play slots there often.

This is my 3rd stay at the Little Rock Casino Resort where this restaurant is located. The area is very rural so there’s no other restaurant within 7 miles. This is the first breakfast restaurant I’ve ever eaten where they don’t have oatmeal on the menu. The chef doesn’t know how to make a decent vegetable omelette he doesn’t even mix the vegetables with the egg he just folds the egg around them. You would think knowing they’re the only breakfast place around they would have a better munu.

Who puts spinach in crab artichoke dip? Then serve with a nut/seed artisan bread? The chowder was amazing, the Louie salad was really good, but the prime rib was over cooked even for an end cut. Though a VERY generous serving size of at least 10-12 oz was grey through and even grilled on the cut side. Service was ok. Server had 8 tables in her section one three top and two two tops. Kitches was slow. Atmosphere was quite casual for the primer resturant. Not going to be a destination repeate for me sorry.

Great Artichoke Crab Dip and Crab bisque. The prime rib dip however was the worst I've ever tried to eat. The meat was greasy and bland tasting as was the dip. After two bites I sat it aside and asked for a doggie bag. At these prices. I'll take to my neighbors dog before I'd eat it. Very disappointing meal.

I would give 0 stars if I could, but sadly will have to settle with 1’s. I thought this would be better than the behind the dumpster quality Panda Express, but sadly might have been worse. I waited over two hours for freezer burnt lean cuisine chicken fettuccine. Bland, slow service and overall poor experience. If visiting this casino or golf course, do yourself a favor and eat day old McDonald’s before choosing this restaurant.

Three of us ate there while staying at the Hotel and playing golf. It was on July 4th so maybe it isn’t always so unbelievably bad…It took us almost two hours to eat because the server just disappeared for long stretches of time. Maybe an hour to get a second beer. The place was about 1/3 full. To be fair, the fresh seafood appetizers of oysters and prawns were great, but again took an incredibly long time to get, especially with no cooking involved. The prime rib was cold as were the “pastry bag” mashed potatoes. The recommended Chicken Fettuccine was the real joke though…It tasted like it was a frozen “Weight Watchers” entree. None of the three of us even wanted to eat it. The club sandwich was deemed ok.Anyway, the restaurant options are so limited that we well drive off the premises to eat if we go back. Two hours, high prices, crazy bad food.
