Pizza Hut

2 days ago we ordered a stuffed crust meat lovers. We all ended up sick for 2 days. I am not sure what happened but when all parties end up sick after eating the same thing ... food poisoning is the most likely culprit.
Normally I love their pizza ... but getting sick was not good

We’ve ordered delivery twice and both times our food was either incorrect or missing. First, it was a completely wrong pizza. Tonight, they forgot our soda (delivery at 8:40) I asked the driver about it and she said she would come right back with it. 35 minutes later I called the store to check on the status and was told nobody knew anything about it and she wasn’t coming back, but they would send someone out with it.
Called back about 45 minutes after that (10 pm) and was told that nobody was sent with it but someone could come now……

It’s a Tuesday evening, our food came at 8:40, this was now 10 pm. I wish they would have just said it couldn’t be delivered to begin with instead of giving me the run around. I asked for it to be taken off my order and refunded along with my tip. Missing soda is no big deal. Crappy customer service is. Avoid delivery and it would probably be fine.

I ordered my pizza, called the store because It had not arrived in an hour. It was being door dashed, which I didn't set up and it still never got to me and the manager was rude. Did not take care of it.. Come to find out the store. Let somebody take my order without checking and verify that they were taking it. And I never got my food and I need to get my refund. Or I'm gonna be much more irritated.

The food is good. The atmosphere in this location is rather neutral since it's a pickup location without dine in. A countertop, a couple chairs and open view to the kitchen.

I ordered online delivery because I figured it might be the older gentleman who delivers. It was! he is so nice, always has a smile and hello.The reason I rated you 4 stars instead of 5 is because 5 leaves no room for improvement the pizza was great, just the right size for me. I gave you 2 stars for atmosphere only because I didn't go in to order but it was easy to order online. Service was fast,driver was courteous, friendly. I like that you are one of the few places still doing their own delivery. That's why you got 5 stars. So the service along with the great pizza makes me a loyal customer. ?

I have been going to Pizza Hut for over 50 years! This was the best tasting Pan Pizza I have had in my lifetime. I asked for light sauce and well done and did this store deliver exactly what I wanted to perfection! Yum! Staff was kind too! First time to this Pizza Hut since I had been using a local deli. Wow! Where’s the Canadian bacon! It’s shredded pieces. Expensive but cheap on ingredients. This is NOT ok!
