Bought a cheese bites pepperoni pizza.Got it home and it hardly had any cheese in the bites and what cheese there was it was hard and over cooked. The pizza itself was dry and over cooked. The pizza didn't even come close to the commercial that they show with nice steaming pizza with lots of pliable cheese. Not a Happy Camper i was looking forward to the pizza they advertised on the commercials.😞

The PIZZA HUT Corporate office said they wanted to make things right, haven't heard from them. They always say online reviews they want to make it right but you never here from them again

The manager randywas so helpful, delightful, and and a pleasure to work with. Helped my wife gather orders quickly for door dash. Very very promptly, within 5 minutes of an order.
Directed me for valuable information regarding my new burisness pointed me on the right direction which triple scored my clientel . And the manager corrected 3 small mistakes from his employees with massive knowledge quick solutions to keep the business in orderly quickness for customers . I was extelremely impressed with this managers knowledge, no know how to manage directly , humbly help his employees in a professional manner this guy deserves to be the main G M for this company. Packed with his performance this guy needs a promotion regardless. His efforts show quality workmanship , dedication for the franchise. Super impressed.!!!

2 days ago we ordered a stuffed crust meat lovers. We all ended up sick for 2 days. I am not sure what happened but when all parties end up sick after eating the same thing ... food poisoning is the most likely culprit.
Normally I love their pizza ... but getting sick was not good

We’ve ordered delivery twice and both times our food was either incorrect or missing. First, it was a completely wrong pizza. Tonight, they forgot our soda (delivery at 8:40) I asked the driver about it and she said she would come right back with it. 35 minutes later I called the store to check on the status and was told nobody knew anything about it and she wasn’t coming back, but they would send someone out with it.
Called back about 45 minutes after that (10 pm) and was told that nobody was sent with it but someone could come now……

It’s a Tuesday evening, our food came at 8:40, this was now 10 pm. I wish they would have just said it couldn’t be delivered to begin with instead of giving me the run around. I asked for it to be taken off my order and refunded along with my tip. Missing soda is no big deal. Crappy customer service is. Avoid delivery and it would probably be fine.

I ordered my pizza, called the store because It had not arrived in an hour. It was being door dashed, which I didn't set up and it still never got to me and the manager was rude. Did not take care of it.. Come to find out the store. Let somebody take my order without checking and verify that they were taking it. And I never got my food and I need to get my refund. Or I'm gonna be much more irritated.
