I had dinner here last night, it was super busy and the staff was working their butts off, they were polite, stayed calm under pressure and the food was tasty! I think we’re lucky to have such a wonderful restaurant in our area. I could complain about the time it took to place my order and get my bill but I wasn’t in a hurry and I could see they were slammed and I understood that walking in. Great job to the people working! Thank you for a terrific dinner!

My food was absolutely amazing! The oyster stew is made from scratch. They also have king crab! The server Jason was very friendly and knowledgeable on the food. Thank you!

Fish and Chips are elite. Some of the best batter I've had on any west coast road trip.

My friend and I shared two dozen oysters from this establishment. Within 24 hours, we both became quite ill, exhibiting signs of food poisoning. It has now been a week since we consumed the oysters and we are both still ill. I eat oysters regularly and have never had this issue before. I would not recommend eating raw oysters from this establishment. We initially noticed a slightly odd taste in a few of the oysters, but unfortunately we didn’t think it would be an issue, as it was fairly mild and they looked fine visually.

We enjoyed our night by celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary, the food had good flavors and a decent selection on the menu. We sat in the restaurant area but next time we will try for the bar which I think has more atmosphere. Overall a good experience and we will go there again.

I cannot explain why this place has such high ratings. I’d rather eat seafood from a fisherman’s butt crack. Both my mother and I got sick and she stayed up all night puking. The oysters were good but can’t explain why they serve them with cocktail sauce (like that’s meant for cocktail shrimp… get a proper garnish). The mussels are good but also only come with butter literally no other spices whatsoever. The stew is a sad slop of seafood with only 5ml of liquid it can’t even be called a stew; the tomato sauce is its only flavour and it’s not even a flavour it’s literally just tomato. Considering the price you pay here you would expect the quality of the food to be better. The service started out weird, did not appreciate being interrupted by our server, he seemed quite miserable. It however ended great because he asked how our food was, we said not ideal, especially because my mom’s stew had cracked pieces of clam shells in it, and even tho we ate it all he decided to still take the stew off the bill - which was good customer service and not needed at all. I would still never come back here in a million years even if you paid me to.

Immediately upon entering we were greeted by Dusty who walked us through his recommendations. We followed his advice and got the crab bisque and the shrimp stir fry with the sweet Thai sauce. The food was great, but the service is what really stood out. Welcoming, caring, and sincere.

Typically a great place to eat….that being said, I was looking forward to a great meal tonight only to come in at 7:45 to being told they (and the restaurant) closed at 7 pm. ON MOTHER’s DAY Sunday night. We had to eat at the bar which was terrible.

Stopped by on a Saturday in March around 11:45am. Only two other customers sitting at the seafood bar so we had our choice of seats. Friendly server at the bar, delivered menus right away and took our drink orders. The Squaxin Island Signature Saute with shrimp and tequila lime sauce was super delicious and delivered hot on the plate within 5 mins after ordering. Sauteed vegetables were very fresh, shrimp were tasty and rice pilaf was also very good. Fish and chips with beer battered halibut was also served hot and was very tasty. Fries were crispy and fish was also crispy, hot and delicious. We were impressed with the food and service at this seafood bar/restaurant and highly recommend the Signature Saute dishes and fish and chips. We will return next time we are anywhere nearby.

What a very fun and unique experience. Nestled in the back, this seafood bar is fresh, welcoming, and consistently good. The person behind the bar is the one to take the order, will prepare the food, and drinks, and is right there to serve. Great selection of wine and beer. Even the house wines are nice. Amazing oysters, clams, muscles, and OMGosh the crab bisque, to die for. A full dinner menu is available too. Great place for beef lovers and seafood lovers to enjoy dining together.

Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, on the main floor with dining tables.
