I go here maybe 1-2 times a week normally.I took my dog on a long walk and got her excited for a pup cup and when I showed up they said I couldn’t get one without making a purchase first. This is really disappointing hearing from a mega million dollar corporation I will not be returning

The best service I have ever received in a Starbucks! They had kind workers wandering the lobby starting up conversations with guests and giving free refills! They had a very genuine energy about them that was truly happy to be there and meeting their guests! The baristas new the locals, their orders, and took the time to connect with them! Blown away!!!

This starbucks either makes your drink wrong or puts so much ice that you can't even enjoy your drink. I got an iced matcha late and after drinking all of the 3 gulps of actual beverage I was left with a cup full of ice up to the lid. I thought the cups had lines on them so they could standardize how much of each ingredient and ice is in the cups? There's always a problem with my drinks from this starbucks, never a problem with the one in Fred Meyer or Safeway or the ones I go to in Lacey
The employee who helped me in was very rude for no reason. Someone in line told me later that it's because she's racist (common at Shelton) and regularly treats Hispanic guests that way. It's not good :(

Stopped in and got four frappucunios for my family and the girl was so rude and every single drink made wrong. When I brought back my drinks inside to get them remade she rolled her eyes and refused to correct them! I took them to the Fred Meyer Starbucks and the nice girl fixed them for me. Save your money!!!

On Friday the 27th I came into your store and was completely ignored. I door dash. As I stood there, 3 people came in and went to the cash register and ordered. They all got their orders before I did. Part of the order was sitting there waiting to be bagged before the 3 customers. This is the only store that treats Door Dashers like crap. We pick up for paying customers that deserve hot coffee and hot food. It's not just this once, it's every single time I come there. No one greets you. No one asks if they can help. I just want the same courtesy that others may get.

I recently visited Starbucks and was impressed by the consistently great service and cozy atmosphere. The staff was friendly, and my order was prepared quickly, which I appreciated. I enjoyed the seasonal drink options, and the coffee was fresh and perfectly brewed. The only downside was that the location was a bit crowded, making it hard to find a seat, but that’s understandable for such a popular spot. Overall, a reliable place to grab a good cup of coffee!
