The staff and food are amazing. I went here twice during my stay and was never disappointed. The steak sandwich was SO good. I highly recommend it.

Last night we went to this bar to watch the Mariners game. When we arrived we put two tables together because we had six people in our party. We sat down, a couple of people in our party went to gamble. And a couple of us sat there. It was 30 minutes before anyone came to take our drink order. That was after I asked a waitress if we needed to go to the counter to order. They said no we are changing shifts. This is the second time being at this bar and I have been told this. That is no reason for bad service. Managers are supposed to ensure there are smooth transitions. When got my food it was cold. As we ate never once did someone clear any of the dishes. We started stacking them up on one of the chairs. We spent 200.00 and it was definitely not worth the terrible service. Oh ya and while we were waiting for our food another customer got up and was pissed cause no one came over to serve him either after sitting there for 20 minutes or so. This place needs new management. I’m not sure how your still in business.

MAKE SURE YOU EAT BEFORE 8PM! Or you'll get stuck going to Starlight. The Island Grille was booked with reservations and closed at 9pm. So all we had left was this place.20 mins to get seated, 30 mins wait for food...to receive cold fries, burnt fish and bizarre tasting cold slaw and tartar suace. Also got the steak and shrimp, which was barely warm and chewy along with bland mash potatoes. Stick to the Edgewater . Food was amazing...and much more affordable.

Came for dancing and DJ..Terrible!! .he didn't say a word the whole time. Bad selection of music. No personality at all. I could have done a better job. Plus we didn't even realize he was there. NO SPARK ! Only one couple danced the whole time. Waitress was friendly and potato skins were excellent.

The food here is tasty. There are definitely dishes that are better than others. The chicken club and the burgers you can't go too wrong.
The mozzarella moons are frigging sublime. They are like those Chili's ones I've been seeing on the social medias. However, the "marinara" sauce is the lamest ever, tastes like straight up tinned tomatoes.
I love their french fries. The fish for the fish n chips isn't too shabby, but it isn't bad.
Bro in law got the sample platter and was in hog heaven.
Service can be slow at times, just cuz they get so busy.
Lots of options for seating, easy for walkers, wheel chairs, carts ECT
Vegetarian options: A few items to choose from, you won't starve. There isn't a meat alternative for the burgers tho.
Kid-friendliness: Nope. It's a bar.
Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is flat here. You might find a door or two that isn't automatic, but for the most part they all are. If you do find a door that isn't auto, someone should be there pretty quick to assist.

Took an hour to get 2 chicken burgers and a regular burger. This was on a Tuesday when most of the other tables had already gotten their food. And when we got our food the chicken was over cooked(rubbery). It was missing the Chipotle sauce and everything was cold. Can't tell if the waitress didn't pick it up or the cooks left it out too long but it was absolutely not worth 60 bucks

We really thought this would be an amaizing spot to try. NOPE! food was disgusting, effort none. Found hair in my husband's water and waitress decided it came from me sitting across. Extremely rude and out of line!
We have attempted this place 3 times now. Once when they first opened, once a few months later and then today.
The steak bites were originally plentiful and had 15 steak bites. This time, it was a total of 6 steak bites with crispy onions. It's not worth the price. We waited 45 minutes for our food to be served. We waited 10+ minutes just to be acknowledged at our table by a server. The cream sauce for the pasta shrimp was broken. Curdled milk. The fries were cold on the honey Sriracha burger. I highly recommend not coming here. In fact, stay far away.
They redid their menu after opening, twice. Each time getting a bit worse and more expensive.
We were told hostess called in along with multiple servers. Yet there was a female manager, dressed in a white/brown pencil skirt, walking around just bussing tables. She avoided all eye contact and motions for help from customers.
Our waitress was extremely friendly and nice and helpful. But even that level of service can not make up for the incompetency of the kitchen and manager.
