It the best drink I ever had i go there everyday it better then every main stream company including Starbucks I had a white coffee fap my wife had a red bull Spitzer with passonfruit guava and white peach everyone there is extremely friendly and helpful and can great extremely creative just ask then to surprise you and you won't get disappointed

The manager was arguing with us to whether or not our punch card had 12 dots for a free drink. He continued arguing with us so we asked for our punchcards back and he tried gaslighting us saying he already gave our cards back!? then proceeded to refuse to give our punch cards back for some reason & kept arguing!? when all we asked was for our punch cards back and as we are no longer interested in their service. I cannot believe how unprofessional his behavior was today, absolutely childish on how he decided to make gestures outside the window as we left…or whatever you were doing… i don’t recommend this place at all, as they are very unprofessional & childish.

Cute little coffee shop, just needs to get a bunch of stuff (cookies, small snacks, juices) out from in front of the window and figure out how to open the window all the way. Also, they need to figure out the ratio mix for the 32oz Lotus was very flavor syrup, not enough club soda, and way less ice. I will be back and will mention these things in person also!!
Was here at 1845. Lights on, says open, but window says closed. So much for late coffee in Shelton. Just gave the one down the street the same. Close at 1800 & don't get people's hopes up

I'm bummed to be leaving this review. I stopped at Steph's for the first time on my way to an appointment. The service was good, the people were nice, but the coffee was truly undrinkable. I ordered a quad shot iced white mocha - the white mocha powder wasn't mixed so my drink was gritty, and there was so much that the drink tasted like straight sugar. Also, based on the taste and the color, there is no way I was given the 4 shots I paid for. I didn't have time to go back and have them remake it before my appointment, so I went to my usual spot afterwards to get the same drink. Here is a side by side - the lighter one is the one from Steph's. I had high hopes based on the stellar rating on here, but was left very unsatisfied. Total bummer, won't be returning.
