Been going here a long time as a nearby neighborhood subway, half the meat anymore, not cut, half the cheese. Just looking at it makes a hungry man disappointed after a long hard day at work... also, cold steak with a "hot" steak and cheese kind of sucks too. It's been a good run Subway, but I think it's time we went our separate ways.

I used the mobile app to order, and when my order was not correct, missing a whole sandwich, the manager refused to correct it, stating that he only does the orders from the app because "corporate makes him" He has absolutely no customer service skills, I do not know how he has been there so long.

Today me and my partner went into order Dinner, three foot longs. Normally we deal with a chick and gentleman who are beyond nice. Today was not the case. We had a short haired guy I believe his name was Robert. We began to order the first of our three subs and immediately his demeanor was awful! We asked to get a custom made sandwich and he started shaking his head with his mouth hanging wide open like we were speaking a different language! After he kept shaking his head and began rolling his eyes we had finally had enough! I began to tell him how rude he was and he screamed at us, “I’m rude!???” I never have issues with our normal dark haired girl and the guy with a pony tail ever. This is not the first encounter with this guy and I will never go in again if I see him working. Subway completely missed the mark today. 0 stars wouldn’t recommend getting food from this jerk
