First time ever disappointed at a Subway. What happened to the slices of salami and pepperoni? They are paper thin! And the bread on both of our sandwiches were stale. We won’t be going back.

I didn't expect anything great about what's basically a fast food place in Shelton, but I was surprised! Someone recommended a chopped salad, the Italiano, and hoo boy, it was great! And huge! I'm cutting carbs where I can, so I didn't want all the bread, and this salad hit it out of the park. Full of flavor, so so filling, I could only eat half for lunch and the rest for dinner. Such a great salad, great customer service, and plenty of people helping. A great experience. Highly recommend!

Was great food, great service. Friendly workers, actually carried on a conversation with us and not just acted like a number.
I went in with a coupon for sandwich, chips and drink for 6.99. Server said you can keep the coupon. OK. When finished preparing sandwich, she rang up at 8.99 plus tax. I said, but the coupon said 6.99. She said, well the owner said it is 8.99. Managers discretion. I said, you should have told me that before making the sandwich. Needless to say, she did not receive a tip. If you want to charge more or not honor a coupon, that is ok but tell the customer in advance or post it. Not a satisfied customer and will not be back.

Had such an amazing experience at this location. I had accidentally ordered my food to a different location and the manager Nathaniel was able to help me out. All the staff working was amazing and i really appreciated them working things out for me. Shoutout to Nathaniel big time!!!
