Order online and went to the drive through to give my name. To my understanding with other locations, they are not supposed to prepare your order until you give your name at the drive through so your orders are fresh. I ordered two hours beforehand and my food was extremely cold and soggy.

What trash service from them you guys can move the damn drive threw move just fine but 45+ wait times in lobby address this issue or close the lobby because this is how you lose customers…

This is my second time as a door dasher my order has been ready while your front counter lady sits on her phone. This time after asking if i could get my order i see its ready she tells me no and goes back to her cell phone. A few minutes later after clearly standing there she gives me them. I work in fast food and would be fired. This wouldn’t be okay absolutely anywhere else. All the other employees are very kind and helpful. It’s always the same chick that doesn’t want to do her job.

Good quality food for taco bell, insides a bit cluttered with chairs making it hard to get to the counter and the bathrooms are locked via code, making it so anyone who needs to pee has to ask permission. (Even the starbucks in town doesn't have pin code doors..) Anyway, in case anyone else has to pee but doesn't want to wave down someone who's busy: Boys- 0165 Girls- 8086 (this will probably change, but I'll keep updating when i hear new ones. ) But everyone working has been very nice at least when i ask for codes, despite giving me the code to the wrong doors (even when specifying which door i need). I hate when businesses make me feel bad for existing. Why are they even gendered if they are both single room toilets / no urinals??

Came through the drive through and had a bigger order for everything we needed plus a few extras they thought we wanted more which is no fault but our own because my kids are so indecisive! We will next time use the order before we pick up option as that works great for large orders and you don't have to wait which is very nice keeps the drive through moving fast! Wish they had the nacho fries still or any fries... But we enjoy taco bell

Order from this location by mistake on the app went through the process of canceling order and manager said tough luck food is already made you won't get your money back and they shelved the food for someone else.

I fell for the propaganda and ordered a Lux Box! The first two items were good, the multilayer burrito was mostly beans and very little else. In all fairness I was offered sour cream and other extras that I did not want to pay for since I ordered a" LUX BOX" ! The Baja Blast was good with the right blend of syrup and carbonated water. The other items were actually good. The Manager needs to retrain the staff on proper 7 layer burrito assembly. I can't remember the last time I had a good Taco Bell experience but I will keep trying because of the convenience of it all.
