Deceptive practices- Went for breakfast 6/29/24. Ordered eggs & oysters for $18.99, from the menu’s they gave us. When I Got the bill and it was 21.99, so I asked my waitress, she got mad & points to a ‘scan with your phone’ paper, ( about 6”x6”)taped to the wall beside the booth that reads “ we are in the process of updating our menu, please scan” which we hadn’t even noticed behind all of condiments on the table placed in front of it. Without saying a word, she takes the bill, knocks off the 3 dollars and places back on our table. We felt like it was very deceptive. She didn’t tell us to about the paper before we ordered. We felt like the intent is to hope people won’t notice, very wrong! They could tape it inside the menu, or tell patrons up front!

Took almost 40 minutes to get food, waiteess forgot to turn in ticket,food was not worth the money and $10 for three ice teas was ridiculous. $68 for lunch for 3 is a poor value!

We went to this place because it had good reviews. This place has some of the worst quality food I’ve ever seen. It is like cheapo, frozen crap for people who have no standards no taste buds, and no concern for their health. The fact that this place has a high review as it does makes me lose all faith in ratings.

i would give this place less than one star if i could. the store manager likes to belittle his employees and yell at them over small accidents. if you want kind hearted encounters from the boss, dont expect it here.
Needs new ownership. When you spend money here, you’re supporting a business ran by someone who doesn’t care about & verbally abuses his own employees. Nobody stays there long, people can only tolerate so much.

Absolutely disgusting work ethic, my daughter worked here back in April and quit very quickly after Pack yelling at her. Only now have I been able to come out. Do not work for this man, nobody uses gloves in the back while making burgers .

I wish I would have known exactly what I was getting into when I went to work here.Paik is foreigner - so there was a large language barrier between us. But if you ever try to explain yourself or get help, he would talk over you or yell. I was given a advance on my check and wanted to stay until it was finished being paid off but he did not give me a chance after him and I got into an argument over me not ringing up a lighter properly in which he yelled at ontop of his lungs infront of a customer. He does not train properly, his turn over rate is extremely high due to the way he treats certain employees.More often than not when people are preparing your food they do not use gloves, I have seen people drop burger patties on the ground and then serve them. I have turned it in, but I wanted to tell everyone before they get sick.

Saw him yell at an employee this morning over a small mishap - a lighter that she forgot to ring up. He took a step towards her as if he was going to put his hands on her. I would not work here, there’s a reason there’s a high turn over rate

Absolutely WORST PLACE TO WORK!Pain is extremely abusive towards his employees but not to his customers. He yells at people for the tiniest things, and takes advantage of them as well! Nobody EVER STAYS. Except Shane !
