I came by tonight, ordered and was told to wait on items. I do not mind at all, but there was only me in the drive through at 730 and u guys close at 11. The fries were Luke warm at best. The guy that brought me my meal just stared at me when I said thank you. As a hospitality worker myself, these kids you hire need to do better. It's a Wendy's so I don't expect much but this was sad.

My worst experience was spent at this Wendy's with one of the workers who didn't want to sell me what I was asking for... and it was done that he didn't understand me I don't understand why if they don't like their job they have to make life so ugly to those who happily go to buy only something to eat I don't recommend this place to them. You think it's okay how you get the salad with the chicken that way.

My wife and I live local and we're so excited during the grand opening. We love Wendy's. During the grand opening, the food was so horrible we never went back. I finally just stopped by again and the food was still horrible! At 7:45 PM I got my food in 20 seconds. The burger was cold and cheese not even melted. What a waste. Makes me wonder if the store manager now is the same as when they opened. If so, that should be a reflection on the district Manger. I'll never go back to this particular store.

Very poor management and very rude staff. Don't know what happened but the people used to be great. Now they are messing up orders right and left and are ticked off when you confront them about it. Had a girl mumbling under her breath and rolling her eyes after getting a burger wrong twice in a row. Manager is no better than her employee, and then they wondered why I was mad. 🤷

Every time I go to the Wendy's in Shelton Wa they say the credit card reader is down and you can only pay with exact change. Then to wait inline after waiting to be told this to have to go all the way threw is ridiculous. I will never go here again. This has happened to us 6 different times. Just thought you should know why you are looing customers.
I love, love, LOVE their chili!! Need a warm up this fall/winter? Get a baked potato and chili. Filling and tasty goodness. And prices can't be beat. This location was super clean and the employees friendly and helpful. Always a win if you go to Wendy's!
Was handed my food dismissively and then awkwardly waved away. By the time I checked my bag I realized I didn't recieve everything I ordered, effectively having my money stolen. Food was cold, bland and dry and I'm the last person to complain but damn was this experience trash.
