Food has been awesome every single time. The manager mentioned how they had a new Mac n Cheese recipe and that its awesome and 100% agree! SUPER cheesy and creamy.
Thanks to this crew for always pumping out awesome chicken!

Great spot for quick take out or fast sit in.
Parking: Plenty of regular free spots good access from multiple spaces
Kid-friendliness: No play house or anything lol but plenty of tables and space you would have no problem bringing kids. Menu options for them too.
Wheelchair accessibility: Open tables no incline. Wheelchair s would have no problem

Worst salad I've ever had. Lettuce tasted like chemicals. Was craving a crispy chicken salad. Chicken was cut up in tiny pieces and soggy, huge pile of soggy bacon, soggy "frizzled" onions. One tiny container of dressing. Maybe the sandwiches are good but I do not recommend the "crispy" chicken salad. Yucka! The person at the counter was nice and store was sort of clean but that's the only nice thing I can say about my experience

The restaurant is clean, stylish, and well lit. There are two self-service ordering kiosks and a register. A unique feature is that instead of napkin dispensers, each table has a roll of paper towels on a stand. I'm not particularly into sports but the fact that this is a Shaq franchise is probably a big selling point for some.
The Nashville Hot Sandwich was very good, and I'd like to try the ghost pepper option another day if I'm feeling brave. Fries were hot, lightly salted, and crispy. Two sauce cups was maybe overkill for the amount of fries, but it was good. I'm also impressed by the Mac and cheese, it is one of the best I've had at a restaurant (although I did not try the Cheez-it topping.) There are also some interesting sodas on offer (I tried the pineapple cream soda, which was great), as well as a couple draft beers. All in all I think this is a pretty solid restaurant.

Friendly competent staff and clean restaurant. Food? Garbage. Small bun, small piece of chicken, pickles and sauce. No different than a Big M chicken sandwich except more expensive.

first experience, wish it was better. chicken had rubbery consistency in both sandwich & tenders - tenders were soggy AF. sauce on the tenders was extremely vinegary, not my thing, but i wouldn't really care about that. the people at the counter did however forget to include the side i ordered and didn't put the mac n cheese on the ultimate sandwich as was promised. this place has edible food (unless you have a weak stomach to vinegar/MSG), however it definitely isn't worth the price. total order was just over $33. hit Dave's in capitol hill for better and cheaper food, tbh i think even Popeyes is better
Mix of tbh

first time in. i ordered the Nashville hot spicy sandwich, fries, beverage. it came to around my hourly wage, which isn't nothing, and fairly typical in Seattle to drop $30 for a meal, regardless of style of service. it tasted good, everything was fine, could have been more Nashville Hot than it was, I guess.
all good until 2 am, which is when I woke up with the green-apple quickstep and had to run to the commode. very unusual.
Was this Big Chicken rearing it's ugly head? or did I ingest the offender elsewhere? who knows?
Shaq don't know.
I'll wait awhile before returning.
