I’ve had lunch twice and breakfast once at this location and every time the food is on-point! Best CFA waffle fries I’ve ever had, hot crispy and salty! I like that it’s drive thru only as there’s less bottleneck in the parking lot than most Chick-fil-a locations. It’s efficient to order on your phone and go through the line and I haven’t experienced it taking very long. Super friendly and helpful service as well!

the new location is super convenient because it’s right by my house but every time i go my order is wrong or missing items. it’s happened at least three times, possibly four in the last two months. the first time i got home and was missing the sandwich i bought for my 10year old nephew. the second time they gave me the wrong sandwich. and just this morning i ordered a chicken egg cheese biscuit with an ice water and there was no egg on the sandwich and they gave me a sprite instead of the water that was for my dog. i am sadly just going to have to drive to lynnwood.

I believe this is drive-through only restaurant . The location is convenient. It is very easy to order on an app. Their staff are so friendly and welcoming. They don’t even accept tips. All the packages are almost plastic free which is very thoughtful.

This new location is closer to my house so I have went for mobile orders a few times. I’m ALWAYS missing sauces and have either missed or received the wrong food item half the time. It’s obvious the employees need more training or support (not the employees fault).

It's a drive thru location. Drive thru only. We waited in line for 15 minutes and after we ordered and continued waiting, three separate people asked for the name on our order. They were clearly overwhelmed. Felt sloppy.

I'm so glad that there's a other chic fil a along highway 99. So far, it's better than the one in Seattle on 99. The fries were perfectly cooked and crispy. The sandwich was excellent. Some locations burn the sandwich or it's not as fresh. This wasn't the case here. I hope the quality stays consistent. The drive thru was quickz efficient, and the area is quite clean. The employees were kind and pleasant to talk to.

Enjoyed being one of the first customers at this location! The layout of this drive-thru-only site is intuitive and easy to navigate.
The crew was great—super friendly and easy to work with—and the service was fast. Even though there’s no dining room, I still felt very welcomed.
One thing to note: there’s only one entrance and exit off Aurora, so when it gets busy, there could be some congestion. Also, you’ll need to drive between parked cars to reach the drive-thru lanes.
I’m looking forward to many visits to this store and really appreciate the hard-working, friendly operator. This is a long-awaited addition to the Shoreline community!
