Chipotle Mexican Grill

Unfortunately these guys always mess up your order or low to non-existent portions, last I ordered steak and for carnitas, hope this is viewed as constructive criticism but my experience at nearly every other chipotle in Seattle has been better.

I wouldn't waste your time with using the mobile app to order. It's faster to just walk in and place your order at the front counter. If you're using doordash that's not an issue.

Ordered catering for 10 people to be picked up at 6pm. Showed up at 5:30 to ask if there was any chance it could be prepped sooner (obviously ok if that was not an option). I was shocked that they pointed to a boxed up order on a table and said that it was already ready, 30 minutes before my pick up time. I was worried about how long the food had been sitting out; especially the meats. When I got home, I was so disappointed in the stingy amounts of everything. On top of that, they only provided 5 flour tortillas and no plates, napkins or utensils as the kit states it will come with. This was $177+ for a measly kit that was not nearly enough and was barely warm when we picked it up.

Genuinely an amazing place. I have been here probably around 10+ times now and it has not disappointed once. Staff is nice and I have never had a negative experience with them. The portions are generous and they gladly give you more/extra if you ask (excluding all paid ingredients of course). The atmosphere is nice with music playing in the background and it’s nice and quiet. My personal favorite spot to sit is near the window on the cylinder like seats. My personal favorite order is: A bowl, half chicken, half honey chicken, extra white rice, extra black beans, extra cheese, lettuce, salsa of your choice, the vinaigrette sauce, and a tortilla on the side if you’re really craving it.

Didn’t say a word about not taking cash until I was at the check out with my entire lunch ready to go.
I hope whatever employee ended up eating my meal enjoys it!
Next time tell someone before they tell you their entire order.

I always get the same order and everytime the prices are different. $21 to $25 now $28.and each time to portions are smaller and smaller. Huh, now I know why it's always empty.

The proportions for my take out order were awful. Never had such a tiny burrito bowl in my life. I love chipotle with all my heart but this location constantly messes up my order. Today getting a child’s portion was my last straw :(

Laughably small takeout burritos

Do not order takeout from an online order, you will get the tiniest little burrito. Honestly, I thought I was given a kids meal when I took it out of the bag. I cannot believe they charged me $13 for something so small.
