Some of the skimpiest portions of food you can possibly get at a Chipotle. Dont even bother asking for extra rice or beans because they will roll their eyes at you and then purposely give you half scoop of meat.

I go to this chipotle all the time and I'm not sure if it's a certain manager or what but I get double chickenrice and black beans with hot sauce and corn they give me less then 1 serving 40% of the time I go here and the food in lower quality

The worst Chipotle I've ever been to.

- I have had pieces of plastic in my food.
- The food is consistently worse than other Chipotles. Chips are stale. Chicken has gristle. Guacamole is brown.
- Food is ready at the quoted time maybe 2 of 3 times.

As a business owner, cutting the food serving size then still paying for the normal said price is a bad management move. I would much rather pay an extra $1 than lose out on food. Bought a bowl, and I’ve never seen a serving size so small for a bowl before.. Do better. I’ll drive extra to another location if I see this occur again..

I’m really disappointed with the service I received today at Chipotle. The server acted like she didn’t want to be there at all. She barely put any food in my bowl — everything was such a small amount that I had to ask her to add more. Instead of fixing it, she just said, “Do you need a double portion?” with an attitude. That’s not how customers should be treated. I come to Chipotle because I like the food, but this kind of service makes you not want to come back. Please train your staff to be friendlier and to actually give fair portions for what people pay for.

If you order ahead you’re less likely to get exactly the serving amount you want, and sometimes it’s not ready. However this location is always busy so I don’t understand how this rating is so low. It’s extremely consistent, you know exactly what you’re getting, and after a long week of work I appreciate that. But I always go in and order now. Still 5 stars.

I’ll start by saying usually I like picking up food from here.

Today I had surgery so I hadn’t ate all day. I was planning to use the Bogo entree coupon I received the day before to feed myself and my friend that I required to drive around.

It wasn’t working through the app or website so I went in to the store. This store refused to honor it even after I explained the situation to 3 different people and showed them the email and apps with my account. Instead they gave me a phone number and made me go through the customer service hotline to get a code for them. It was very difficult to work with the agent with her audio being spotty, the store music being loud, and her instructions unclear. This process in total wasted 45 minutes of my driver and I’s time.

It should have been taken care of by the manger instead of making a guy in a cast following surgery go through all these hoops.

Have already been shying away from Chipotle in recent months even with it being the closest / healthiest option next to my house. This experience will likely make it less likely for me to return even with a coupon (assuming it will work properly).
