Long wait, distracted staff, cold food.Walked in to order, only to find a paper “online orders only” sign tapped to the door…. Should be a way to make that status available on maps. Ordered online and waited 40 minutes to get food, only to eventually go up and ask if it was ready and find out it was sitting in the back, no one had called it out at all. Got home to a room temp bowl. Whole system seems like it’d be much more efficient if they just made orders like a normal chipotle. This one is pretty obviously mis-managed. :/

I was going to this Chipotle because the one in Interbay was so awful (Because of their multiple mistakes, I ended up scoring 4 free meals via their chat bot Pepper). Shoreline seems to be going the way of Interbay. It's been good so far. Today was a different story. Ordered a kid's meal (which includes a drink) and an additional bottle of Coke. At the drive thru, the employee handed me everything but the kid's drink. When I told her a drink was missing, she proceeded to turn around and walk away. I tapped on my horn several times, she kept walking away. Leaned on the horn, got a different employee. May as well have talked to a fence post. Told me the online order system was confusing (the receipt wasn't at all confusing) and after a tug of war, gives me the WRONG drink. I get home and find out the steak I got was HALF GRISTLE and one of the 3 ingredients was WRONG. This is a result I would have seen at the Interbay location. Did their employees get transferred North? The order has already been comped by the Pepper bot (another free meal). I am not returning to this location because of the issues. The AI response to this review I got below, telling me to talk to their bot "Pepper" - (I already did) - is part of the problem. I'd short the stock on this company, it's not going to survive if this continues.

When you read the reviews about the staff here being rude… they are not just rude, it’s almost like they all personally go out of their way to make every single customer miserable. It’s so bizzare. And I’ve come here a handful of times, every time had someone different help me… all the same experience. I’ll smile and say hi and they’ll roll their eyes. It’s like that funny joke restaurant where all the servers are mean and rude on purpose. This chipotle location is doing the same concept but it’s not a joke.Also the ingredients are NEVER fresh and don’t order online, they will purposely give you all the wrong things. It really seems like they purposefully mess with customers. Also the rice will be undercooked or hard 8/10 times.Boooo ????????

This is by far the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. It’s so close to my house but I’m done with it after a couple dozen visits that have almost all been bad. Inconsistent and poor quality. A ton of mistakes. the team has terrible attitudes and are completely unhelpful. Tonight they didn’t even acknowledge me for over 15 minutes and waited another 15 minutes to get my food that was ready (albeit already 30 minutes after my promised time).Also, based on the quality of the food and the terrible stomach aches I have had on multiple occasions, authorities should seriously look into the food practices here. Tonight I feel fine but the salad on my bowl looked terrible. Chipotle used to be consistently good and I never worried about getting sick, and lately it has been inconsistent and this one particularly tends to be just bad. I’m done with the bad experience and poor quality food here.
