The staff member who helped me today gave the impression that they didn’t care to be at work. I ordered my usual Builder smoothie, extra blended. What I received was a watery mess—definitely not up to standard. I politely asked for a replacement or for it to be fixed, but the second version was just as disappointing.
Out of concern for not wasting product, I accepted the smoothie, but I felt the need to share my experience so others can be cautious when visiting this location. Quality and customer care matter—hopefully this was just an off day.
Love the smoothies here sometimes have to get it remade because it tastes like water I think maybe too much ice but always gets fixed
It is very rare that this location opens on time. It’s supposed to open at 7am. I arrive at 7:04-7:10 sometimes 7:15 and they are not open. They need to change the hours to 8am. It is a huge disservice to not open in time for people waiting in the parking lot on their way to work who have to leave because they want to be on time to their jobs.
Great service good drinks👍🏽
Food and place so good but cashier a little unfriendly
This is a really awesome location. I come here regularly on lunch break. Even if you only have half an hour as long as your close by its all of a 5 minute process unless there is a significant line.
My smoothie is always made perfectly and the workers are very friendly. No complaints :)

🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
They always have good smoothies, some I favor more than others but many still are great. The service is always nice and welcoming, as well as the atmosphere with the lighting making up most of the significance. Cheaper in price for amazing taste.

I usually go here for a regular smoothie or açaí bowl but today I went in and got a smoothie in a bowl instead of a açaí bowl. I can appreciate that there was a line however when you pay that much for something it should come out correct. Very disappointing

Don't make apps send you products on an hour drive. Ppl will get sick, and you will get sued for it.

Has something for everyone no matter how you like your smoothies.
Vegetarian options: Mostly everything, didn't see anything with meat, and if your vegan they have other dairy options
Dietary restrictions: Many options.

After moving away for a year I found I missed this place more than anything else in Seattle as I could literally go here multiple times a day if the smoothies were half the price. I can't say I've tried very many even though I've been a customer like 12 years because once I tried the PB&J smoothie i was hooked like an addict. Absolutely delicious and genius. Have never gotten sick of it and crave it all the time. So bad that I had to figure out how to make it at home cause I can't afford to go here 2 times a day everyday that would literally be like $600 a month and I can't justify that on smoothies. Anyways highly recommend and one large PB&J will fill me up for awhile with its 25-30grams of protein.

Smoothies are always good especially the peachy one and the Amazon. Lots of variety of high protein/healthy snack options. Workers can be snappy at times (hit or miss who you’re going to get). The açaí bowls are pretty solid.
