When at the drive through I got a sigh when I was ordering my food, and after every item listed was asked is that it or anything else. I understand having to deal with people but the sighing is very rude.

Jack in the Box is a national fast food chain known for its different take on classic fast food. Breakfast all day, sourdough buns, tacos, and more make for a large menu at an ok price. This location is on route 99 in the Shoreline neighborhood and has a very small parking lot and drive thru. If going through the drive thru, the employees will more than likely ask you to pull into the lot to wait so they can help their drive thru times. Their service is meh here because of that and the sloppy presentation of food. The prices here used to be better but it's a lot for not too much food anymore. Overall not my favorite place and would drive further for a different fast food place. Side note: we asked for extra pickles on a cheeseburger and got 1, a chicken sandwich that they didn't put tomatoes on, and a flat soda.

I ordered the 12 piece chicken wings. I get home with it and there's only 10, they don't even sell a 10 piece. If you're gonna charge me $20 for a meal, you gotta make sure you put all my food in.??

Terrible service, never in my life have I sat in a drive through for 10 mins saying hello with out anyone answering. They legit just said forget the drive through we’re not taking orders. Crazy I’ll never be back. I hope the owner see this if they even care. You have horrible employees.this just happened so it’s verifiable.

I ordered 3 items on the app: a sandwich, a shake, and some wings. The service was slow, and they kept getting confused about my order for some reason, very chaotic. The shake machine was out of order, so I agreed to substitute it with a milk tea, but they gave me milk coffee instead. I ordered honey garlic wings, but they gave me garlic parmesan wings instead. The sandwich barely had any sauce on it, so it was pretty tasteless. I was only able to finish the sandwich and threw out half of the drink and wings because my lactose intolerance could not handle coffee at 10 pm. Please double-check your order before you leave the restaurant.

Nice staff. That's the only reason I'm rating this location as high as I am. Bathroom was so filthy I felt as if I needed a tetanus AND hepatitis shot after just seeing it.
The computer didn't work so I couldn't even order anything and they couldn't break $100 bill even though I asked him when I was ordering if they could and they said they could but they didn't understand me because they only spoke Spanish and so I did my order and then they told me I couldn't have it because couldn't break my hundred dollar bill and then on top of that the computer didn't work anyway I went to fort Jack in the box's last night looking for a milkshake and not one of them was able to break my bill or they had some other issue
