Man this location went downhill fast. Not even 3 months ago was this one of the best Jersey mikes, now there seems to be new hires that are slow and somehow confused about how to do mikes way (I did not ask for mayo on my Italian). You are much better off going down the street a couple miles to the Seattle store, much better service, food, and hospitality.

Jersey Mikes slogan might be a sub above but the service was way below what it shouldāve been. I donāt often feel sour enough to write an angry review but unfortunately thatās what Iāll be doing here. To start off, went on lunch, ordered on the app, took me like 2 minutes, easy right? Get to the location Iād say 7-10 minutes after making the order, walk in to the pick up section, show them my name and verbally say it out loud, with a polite āit should be ready for you soonā. I decide to stand aside and watch as countless people receive their food, and continue to wait. And wait. And wait some more. About 30 minutes or so in Iām still waiting, mind you on my lunch break from work, and I ask the same person who I gave my name to what the ETA was on my food, to which she checks the orders waiting, and my food had been ready for what appears to have been quite some time. How do I know? I got back to work with about 10 minutes to spare of the one hour I had free and the hot sandwhich I ordered was already starting to get cold. It takes me an average of 7-10 minutes to make it down there. Gotta say I love Jersey Mikeās but this is the one location I wonāt be coming back to, the service was awful, despite the food itself while cold was good.

I had to get some food after my Costco run, and I didn't know that Cost co had closed their food court.
Eter Jersey Mike's. Eating out is difficult for me as I have strange food allergies/intolerances; the most severe of which is to sulfites. Not only did the staff behind the counter understand my food allergies, they carefully made my sub to ensure there was no cross contamination, asking me questions every step of the way. And it was also a delicious sub! I'm not usually a sandwich person, but Jersey Mike's may have converted me.
