Excellent food. NOTE that it's a market, not dining, and is essentially a TO GO kitchen, much is refrigerated, offering specialty food. Korean side dishes.

I'm not an expert on this cuisine and so I received kind help from the staff.

I bought fresh vegetable side dishes: spicy pickled radish/kimchi dish, sweet slightly hot potato--awesome, a crunchy mung bean dish, and a spinach with garlic dish.

Perfect flavors. No funky dirty vegetables, all carefully prepared and gently seasoned. Will go again.

Served with hot rice --brown rice this time-- at home.

It’s not a dine in place. But this place have the best kimchi and banchan for take out. Comparable to the kimchi specialty market I used to go at LA ktown.

First time trying this style of "side dish shop" but everything was incredible! Kimchi's delicious and the pickled garlic scrapes are so so good!
Honestly I'm already thinking about what I want to get the next time, it's that good!

Little tricky to find as it's tucked back in the corner of the shopping center but definitely worth the trip ?

Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie options

Parking: Parking is easy to find, free lot right there

Food created at this take out establishment is much better than most Korean markets, and restaurants.

Korean markets side dishes are made to appeal for those that need quick and easy meals, but nothing special.

The food at Jung's kitchen may bring you back to your home cooked meal memories with pleasing unique flavorings that is not overpowering, but with subtle ingredients that elevates the dish.

Although price is higher than most other Korean markets, I would choose Jung's market any day for their quality product.

Excellent banchan ranging between $5-$10 for a container. I got the seaweed stem salad and radish kimchi— tastes freshly made and absolutely superior to Hmart! I am excited to come back and try other options.

So so happy to have a banchan shop here in shoreline. While we are close to a few Asian markets, I am more than happy to put money towards a small business like this one.

I was absolutely blown away by their kimbap. ?? It’s hands down the best I’ve ever had! ??

The ingredients were fresh, and each bite was a perfect balance of flavors. The rice was seasoned just right, and the vegetables were crisp and vibrant. I can’t wait to go back and try more items from their menu. Highly recommend this place for anyone who loves authentic Korean food and banchan (small dishes)!

Not sure if it was just the batch we got, but the pickles and kimchi we got were below average. Didn't taste fermented enough, no spice, and the price was high. The octopus was average, but I was expecting better quality from a small neighborhood shop.
