There's a worker with black hair who speaks English and Spanish. She has terrible customer service; she literally throws your order on the table. I don't know what someone with such a bad attitude is doing working there. As for the food, I have nothing bad to say; it's excellent.

My latte was way too hot and the milk was burnt. It burned the roof of my tongue for the day. They remade my drink and the second one was better but my mouth was already burnt… also there’s no bathroom here and the chairs are quite uncomfortable. I don’t understand how customers are supposed to enjoy this space but have no bathroom to use.

We love their Açaí bowls. The Frutas and energy blast are the go to. Friendly staff. The place is always spotless. Expect to pay 25-30 + tax for two açaí bowls. Healthy—or at least it feels that way—dinner option after yoga, to walk over to green lake with or for takeout to eat at home.

It turns out that I went to buy coffee and only entered the store and when I was going to place my order they told me that it was already closed when it was barely 6:20 pm I don't really know if they don't like to serve people or what happens.!
They should have a good staff that if they comply with their work schedule so that they can attend to people
Because in the google maps system it says that it closes at 7:00 pm not at 6:20 pm

The açaí balls are good, but some of these workers are lazy. I’ve walked In a couple of times to buy some coffees and açaí balls for my friends, but they start to make faces when I start to order They even make moody faces as soon as u walk in and they closed the coffee shop before their closing time which is 7pm.
I went to kitanda the first time with no expectations, only for them to be greatly exceeded. I have tried dirty chai at nearly every coffee stand and cafe I’ve been to, but no other cafe has done it as well as kitanda. I also ordered a cheese roll, which was cooked very well and hit the spot perfectly. The coconut blends in so well! The staff was also very fast and very kind. I dined in, and was glad I did. My dirty chai was done in what seemed like a minute flat. They also have take home coffee, cups, food, and plenty of seating. As someone who often gets a late start to their day, it’s nice having a place that’s open when it is. Next I plan on trying an Americano and a coconut treat. My only note to this whole establishment would be to have some soft music playing :) otherwise, I had an amazing experience and I will be back!
Parking: Plenty of parking with business specific signs so it’s always available
