Quaint sit down place. We order take out a couple times per month. Awesome Chicken Teriyaki uses thigh meat. Mongolian Beef is pretty good too.

I had a fantastic experience while at KBTW. The owner was super nice, the food was delicious and atmosphere was great. Jay the owner went out of his way to strike up a conversation with me about like minded topics. I ended up staying longer than expected to just chat and laugh. This was a very enjoyable meal from start to finish. I will make a point to visit this restaurant again.

Great teriyaki place! My partner and I usually order here because the food is great, and the people are very friendly. The quality of ingredients seems really good too. My favorite dishes are the yakisoba and katsu. I really love the quality of veggies the use in the yakisoba.

First time customer and definitely will be back. Good teriyaki at a decent price is getting harder to find in Seattle after covid. You get two scoops of rice, salad in a separate container, and choice of meat. The meat for pork teriyaki is thicker and better quality than other places. Really like that they put both the teriyaki sauce and salad dressing in small containers for you to choose if/ how much to use.

I live nearby and I come to this place all the time my favorite item on the menu is the Katsu/teriyaki chicken combo. Sometimes I dine in, but usually I get takeout and I also love the beef teriyaki. It’s really high-quality beef and the owner, Mimi is very friendly and is very welcoming. Every time I come there to place an order I live nearby so this is one of my favorite spots for teriyaki in Shoreline…. From your customer Joey!

This place was once excellent, but it has experienced a rapid decline. When I walked in, the receptionist (a tall Asian guy) asked me what I needed because I stood out (color). Once he spotted individuals who appeared to be "white," he would exclaim, "Hello, welcome!" with great enthusiasm. White, brown, or black dollars do not exist. We all have green dollars. Maybe he thought I was there to steal his food or something. His behavior made me feel disgusted. He purposely avoided making eye contact with me. I've made up my mind; I won't return there again.
I believe that he is either an extremely sick introvert or a deeply racist individual.

After a 3hr drive, stop by here to grab something to eat and i gotta say food was delicious and Sushi as well my husband was hospitalized here in Seattle so i had to drive twice out here and this was my go to! Will be back next time:)

Katsu chicken was overly cooked and of low quality. Pretty disappointing after spending $15.
