Portions were good with enough meat, and the broth is not bad - if you want it hot, then you will have to request it.

Spring roll was a good size, but so is the price.

Can’t understand why the ratings are this high based on my experience. When I was there - 3 other couples were inside. Not busy at all. The DoorDash delivery drivers showed up every ten minutes or so. They gave the drivers the wrong orders while I was there.

How do I know? ‘Cause it took 30 minutes for a teriyaki order and I heard the whole thing. Just a “sorry for the wait”. The food was okay when I eventually got it. There are enough good teriyaki and pho spots in Seattle to give this place a pass before I’d come on back.

I hope it was just a fluke based on their rating.

I had the vegan pho, it’s a great option for when you want to get some quick take-out in Shoreline. Updated from previous review on 2024-10-27

Excellent Pho soups. One orders at the counter, then gets is served (hence the lower stars for service). I do have to note though that it seems expensive to me. $17 (incl tax and small tip) for a small Pho is high.

The fresh spring rolls were very good! The phó had decent broth with plenty of noodles, but was light on meat.
The staff were polite and efficient! I would come here again.

This place has excellent food! I ordered the tofu banh mi and the tofu spring rolls and both were excellent. Fast service and friendly staff too. I will definitely be returning next time I’m in the area!

last time coming here with my wife and daughter. there a billion sandwich spots in seattle . but i need to share this

Lady that took our order was very unprofessional and rude. yelling at us and pointing where we supposed to look at menu like a drill seargent. Gave us wrong order we ordered chicken soup that was supposed to feed my 3 year old and lady proceeded give us chicken BROTH only.
