People do not speak English very well . Rude at counter had my elderly friend use a kiosk while they waited on others at counter . Which he did not want to use. Was told he couldn't be waited on at counter. They did not do his order correct . There should be people who is bilingual not only know few words in English

I went in for a simple McChicken and ended up completely disgusted. When I opened my sandwich, there was a long black hair embedded in the food. Absolutely vile. They remade it, but honestly, that isn’t the point. Every single person working there had long hair hanging down with no hairnets, no tying it back, nothing. It looked like they rolled out of bed and went straight to handling people’s food.
It is basic food safety to keep hair secured, and this location clearly doesn’t care. If one hair made it into my sandwich, I can only imagine how many others end up in people’s meals every day. Completely unprofessional, unsanitary, and honestly just gross. I will NOT be returning to this location.

Food has been cold last two times I’ve come through, and most recently they gave me the wrong drink which was much higher in calories. As I pulled up to the window I waited for a while and no one was there but my food was ready. Eventually a woman came up and slowly started filling my drink while she talked and laughed with a coworker, pausing and turning to talk with her back to me. She handed me the food and said “sorry about the wait” but it didn’t make me feel better. Im going to find a new location! Fries are way too expensive here to be eaten at room temp.

When I went to order through the drive thru said 4 mchickens and $6 dollar double meal and coffe and I check the bag later and saw there’s only 1 mcchickrm in the bag..
