Bad service.
My food is ready,
i told an old lady my order id, After i showed the old lady the app, she saw it , she just keep ignoring the bag that next to her , i gave time let her finish the thing , ok then she start do something else again , instead of give me the food, maybe she dun know how to read or listen the number? Lol
Ok so i waited until another stuff, i show her the app and she hand the food to me.

They gave away my order to someone before I got there, and then the incompetent manager proceeded to make it incredibly difficult to get my food after allowing someone to steal my order. NEVER use the mobile app at this location, this is the worst service I have ever recieved at a McDonald's.

We visit McDonalds often
This was our worst experience. The drive through line was extremely slow. It was at least 30 minutes by the time that the driver in front of me left. 10-15 minutes later, I gave up, too.

Thanksgiving Day breakfast, all my kids one of their normal Happy Thanksgiving morning breakfast from McDonald's. But curbside pickup 45 minutes later still says my orders 2 minutes away and Google says location is open can't even cancel my order get my money back go somewhere else nope..

If all the McDonald's knew they were not going to be open, then why would their app let me do a curbside pickup. And as I'm driving away it tells me not to go anywhere my order will be up in 2-5min.. essentially I was held hostage, come to find out that nobody wasn't even in there making my food.

This location and the others around in the area of 220th-205th Edmonds and shoreline. Shame on you for not making it very clear your stores where not open and holding people hostage either by your app telling us not to go anywhere, as well letting the order even go through..

I'm glad instead of me being able to make my kids thanksgiving breakfast this morning I spent it trying to get to the locations close to me that day they are open online, and that this one finally let me put forward my app curbside and not letting me cancel it and get my money back... Not happy Thanksgiving McDonald's. Shame on you
