Ordered breakfast through the app and came to get it and was told that breakfast wasn't being made anymore because it was too late but when I asked what about my order they said they'd do it because the app let me order anyway. It took an hour and they put onions on my breakfast sandwiches and it looks like heaps of sauce were used. Out of 3 sandwiches 2 of them had so much sauce the entire bottom of the sandwich drips in sauce.
I get the frustration of having to re open things from breakfast but its not my fault the app let me order and I shouldn't be punished or able to see how irritated whoever made my sandwich was for a error the app made.

I ordered the food online and when I got there I asked for cup of ice, when I opened the lid to fill the cup it was full of dark points, maybe it’s dust of coffee or dirt I don’t have idea but it feels so bad

Manager is completely rude and have nasty attitude. If you don’t like your job then don’t even work here. She made a big deal about us ordering ice cream through the drive through and said “ next time come inside to order because there’s a line” there’s a certain way you should speak to customers.

Always double check your order when going to this McDonald’s they consistently forget things all the time. As a manager at a café myself it’s very clear the staff lack training, which is sad to see because I see them hustling to get these orders out

So after the fiasco of the other McDonald's (check the reviews), I chose this McDonald's as a replacement, however, they messed up the order, and while they fixed it later, it cost me 30 minutes of a delay and back and forth.

For not being busy this place is by far the most rude McDonald's I've ever been to and that's only the beginning. The managers here suck as well and maybe need to re learn their approach on customer service. First the guy that brought us our food set it down at our table then grabbed our tiny cup of free water stating we didn't pay for that and made my wife cry and leave. After I calmed her down I came back inside and told the manager on duty and she said she'd get me a cup of water. I said keep it and left. Then our next experience today they said that the water is $0.50 and continue the rudeness a week later by charging us for free water... what a joke... needless to say racism sucks and shame on you hope you enjoy yourself and hopefully your day gets better because the customer service wont.
