I don't know why McDonald's be trying people. I asked for an Iced Coffee, that's it...with Coffee. I say "with Coffee" because when they gave it to me the first time it was Iced creamer. I gave it back and said "Can you please pour out some and add Coffee because clearly this only has a splash of coffee". He took it from me, gave it back and this is what I got. Iced creamer with 2 splashes of coffee! SMH And the manager had the nerve to tell me that's what Iced coffee looks like and take it. I drank a sip and of course it tasted of pure creamer with a hint of coffee. Since I didn't want to waste my $1.09 (I ordered it from the app) I just added my own instant coffee when I got home. Man oh man, someone has to really tick you off to leave bad reviews for a fast food restaurant.

no regular ordering inside. you HAVE to use the machines. inside is fine but everything is behind the counter now and trying to get the staffs attention was annoying because mcdonalds is clearly keeping them understaffed and overworked

What a horrible McDonalds, I’ve unfortunately had so many orders messed up, over charged, or just plain not put in the bag that I wonder why these employees deserve the wages they ask for! I’ve been in the customer service sector for more than 20 years and never have I had employees tell me I’m lying about using the app, or just being rude and not giving a damn. I laugh when I see some of these people having the food thrown back at them, since so called “Fast Food” is not looked as “culinary”. Go work in a warehouse or someplace else if you can follow simple promps on a screen, or try and help the customers who deserve it, instead of thinking handling McDonalds food as the damn holy grail, or the opposite side, treating the job like it doesn’t mean anything. Charging me full price bc you are “angry today” is basically stealing if the promotion states a certain price, ie: BUY ONE GET ONE AT A $1, not , BUY ONE PAY THE SAME PRICE. Pathetic high school bull that should have staid their and not in a work environment. Let’s hope one day these people learn about work ethics and not passive aggressive high school drama. Sad that ranting is the only thing you can do now a days as McDonalds help doesn’t give a crap, and the district manager has an ai bot shooting out responses. I can really say these things as I worked at McDonalds pre 2010s, when the company had somewhat of a decent workforce and food, then everyone had to be all “touchy feely” and “my poor feelings hurt” and in turn leads to workers overcharging and not preparing the food correctly. Not all McDonalds are like this in be, some others are ok, but I know now that I’ll just have to drive to buy from another McDonalds like an idiot lol, at least maybe I’ll get my order and have some cash to put in the gas tank after!

This place is kind of fast in getting the food you need. The food itself is not that great. The service is lacking. For insurance, I had a problem where the drink I ordered, they charged me 2.59 when there was an advertisement for any size drink for 1.49 which I asked about at the register. They got a manager to come turn me that the ad on the price board was old and needed changing and that many people have complained about the price difference but they had to go by the cash register and not the ad on the ordering board. Really? Ugh! The difference was only a little over a dollar so I didn't fight it. What happened to the customer is right, especially when we're still advertising it? I've lived in the area for decades and come to this restaurant. But over the last few years this place has become a bad restaurant.
Waited 16 minutes for a mobile large fry just to get cold half cooked small fries. Asked for a refund and was told they’ll just make more food as if I had time to wait. -$1.65 worth never coming to this location again smh
