2/5/2024 UPDATE:I decided to give this place another try...that was a mistake. I ordered a mobile pickup order, and when I arrived, my order was ready for me to grab. Due to previous bad experiences at this same location, I checked the bag to make sure all the sauces I paid for were in the bag. Wouldn't you know, there were ZERO out of the 7 that should have been there. This place STILL can't seem to master the precise task of putting dipping sauces into bags. I seriously want a member of the management team from this location to contact me, and explain why this location can't seem to include the dipping sauces, it's even mentioned in my previous review from well over a year ago. Are you intentionally trying to rip off your customers? I'm genuinely curious at this point, because by now how can I feel like it's not deliberate?Once I got my food, I was home within minutes from picking up the bag, and the food was already cold. Fries were cold, burgers cold, nuggets cold. The bag had been clearly sitting there for quite some time before I arrived. At least I had ranch for my cold food, the worker who got the sauces for me was very nice and seemed to be the only employee who remotely cared about customer service, and he's the only good thing I have to say about this place. Seriously, go anywhere else.OLD REVIEW:Last night was the worst experience I've ever had at this location. I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder and both patties were bright pink in the middle, and when I realized it after the 2nd bite I threw it out because I wasn't in the mood for E. coli. Also, I have no problem paying for extra dipping sauces, but charging me for the 6 I asked for and then only giving me 3 is also pretty infuriating. Not getting the amount of dipping sauces that I asked for and/or were charged for happens much too frequently. It really shouldn't be that difficult.

2.50 for a large Sprite, that's crazy.This is the only location that can never get my coffee right in the mornings; iced caramel coffee with two extra shots and extra caramel. Should be easy but they always put no caramel and it taste like shi*.

I placed an order with doordash here and got down the middle raw burger damn burger was mooing at me it was so raw the buns were soggy from the grease I end up calling and let McDonald’s know about the burger and they tell me to come in to get a new one free of charge but when getting there I am told to take it up with doordash (which I have but I wouldn’t have come if you didn’t tell me you’d make me a new one if I came in)

Honestly one of my favorites to visit and our regular spot. The staff are always so incredibly helpful and kind. As a family of 5 with kids with disabilities, outings can be difficult in various ways. It's always welcoming, not too busy and the staff's understanding and kindness when it comes to nonverbal kiddos is more than appreciated. Especially when customers were throwing passive aggressive comments our way in the play center ?No matter what, we have a good time.Also the food is consistently fresh and looks almost picture perfect. Literally the only issue we've had is they accidentally gave us someone's extra crispy nuggets instead of the regular. They quickly just made some new ones, no hassle, no attitude, just decency that's refreshing.I can't find any of the photos I have of them here right now but will update later!
