Here's my past 5 star review from 4/2024:
"Great food, great prices, great staff... What more could you want? Criminally under-rated place"
I love this place and the people that work there, but over time it's turned from criminally under-rated to criminally overpriced. I understand with inflation small businesses are struggling, but you need to understand the people struggle too. I usually get the Greek Fries as I used to get it with my buddies from high school in Seattle all the time before I moved here under 2 years ago. But recently, the prices have become insane for what you get. Their prices have increased 70% since I first went here in summer 2023. Honestly, even with the 70% increase, I wouldn't be mad if it were the only factor. Before, I could feed myself and a buddy with one serving before and we both couldn't eat another bite. Now, with the sad size I was given, which was $15 ($17 after tax,) I essentially only had a light snack before I split it with my brother. I could definitely demolish two plates with how little I was given. But I think I'll pass on that because even the flavor was lacking. It was still good, and tasted on par. But their seasoning game was weak. The seasoning was more conservative than a 5'6 man with Oakleys driving a F-350. But who knows? Maybe I just got a bad batch.
TLDR; I don't šÆš°šµ recommend it. But I don't think it's worth it in it's current state. I would be open to trying it again and changing my review. But if next time I walk in and the Greek Fries are $14.99, I'm just walking straight out. Especially since nearby competitors are still at $10-13 for the same amount of food.

Stopped in on a whim, and very happy we did. We were warmly greeted at the door, and did a bit of shopping for some staples. Also made note of what they had for upcoming dinners. We decided to go to the cafe for lunch, and we're very happy we did. Had the gyro and a shawarma with some fries. The food was fresh, hot, delicious, and the portions were large!
What I want to call out is the service. The staff there want your business and care about your experience. That carries through to the cleanliness of the cafe and store (it's spotless) and the quality of the food (they people there care). Highly, highly recommend!

Such nice folks and the food is amazing! Didnāt plan to buy anything when we stopped in but sampled a few things and couldnāt resist - ended up buying both lunch and snacks for later there. Lots of authentic Mediterranean/Middle Eastern options and super hospitable staff.

Our friends live nearby and took us here as "the best shawarma in the area" and I would definitely believe it, both the beef and chicken. Friendly service, great prices, large servings, free black tea with mint while we waited, and nice baklava.

Mediterranean Oasis has become one of my top 3 favorite restaurants! The staff is super friendly. The food is amazing, and the platters are enough food for me to get two meals from. Often, my left overs don't even survive until lunch-time the next day cuz I'm so craving them even for breakfast. I love their veggie mix platter and their babaghanouj is super tasty. Their Gyro is my favorite in town with a drizzle of fig sauce and garlic dipping sauce. Soooo good. And while I wait for it to be made, I always find something new to try in the grocery section of the store, which has allowed me to attempt my own middle Eastern cooking. Go there and have a experience in flavor!
Vegetarian options: Falafel, veggie mix sandwich or platter, many dips/salads (hummus, baba, muhamarra, etc.)

What a find! Food was delicious, authentic and ready very quickly. All of the staff were SO LOVELY. Great lamb kebab, felafel, hummus, baba ghannouj and tzatziki. My folks loved it and the portions were very generous for three medium eaters sharing 2 meals and a side. We found a lot of fun treats at the adjoining grocery too <3

One of my go-to lunch spots. Service is always fast, friendly, and super affordable. Vegan options available. I always get the Vegi-sandwhich and specify no dairy, so sub sauce for hummus. Food is fresh and good. Never had a bad experience.
The best falafel sandwich I've found since I lived in Jordan. Very kind and friendly, great prices and delicious food!
