Phở 99 Authentic Vietnamese

I ordered the chicken pho, and unfortunately I was very disappointed. There was very little chicken in the soup, but way too many vegetables like broccoli, carrots, and cabbage, which is not typical for authentic pho at all. The taste was far from real pho and did not feel authentic.

Cleanliness was also a big issue. The restroom was dirty, with paper trash on the floor, and it clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The windows were also dirty and sticky, which made the overall experience unpleasant.

Because of the poor food quality and lack of cleanliness, I can only give one star.

It’s a cute little hole in the wall place, but the pho had a lot of anise and was otherwise unremarkable, and also was rather overpriced in my opinion- we ended up paying $40 for a small and large pho.

The pho was a little unremarkable. Muggy broth and missing some of that authentic flavor-maybe it was just masked by the amount of star anise i could taste. Definitely pricey but thats Seattle for you.

Ridiculous. They charged extra 2 dollars if you pay by card. And the people here don’t really understand English. You can’t communicate with them.

Great food! I always get their beef pho or pork vermicelli, and the lychee water is so refreshing!

Solid choice of authentic Vietnamese food. The crepe is delicious and big portioned. The bun mam noodle soup is very well flavored. The grilled shrimp is excellent.

The parking lot is very small. There ia another one downstairs that you can park from the back of the building, then work upstairs to the restaurant.

Everything about the pho was good except that the broth was only ok. Being that the broth is the heart and soul of this noodle soup, unfortunately, it rendered the entire dish merely 'only ok'.

A to-go order was placed for a vermicelli dish to-go but this patron was disappointed to find a single, lonely pork skewer. The hefty price tag of $19 was not alleviated through a fair exchange of money for meat.

The parking lot is also inadequate.

I usually stop in for take out, a large number 6 large and a number 3 to split with my wife.

Always go to town on those deep fried rolls as soon as I get home, awesome flavor! Then begin heating the broth for the main meal. Delicious, aromatic broth with ample meat and veggies, and actually hot jalapenos!

A slight ding, though not really their fault, a fair amount of noodle was stuck to the compostable packaging (required by local ordinance)

I’m realizing i should explore the menu a bit more, so looking forward to more future visits😅

They really care about how their individual ingredients shine. The meats are always so tender and broth on point. I've tried their pho, BBH, pork rice dish, and Vietnamese coffee. I have always thoroughly enjoyed everything.

It’s still the same taste! Please plan & open a new one in Bellevue in the near future! Otherwise it’s kind of far from my location!

This was a hard spot to rate… The food was palatable, but the service really ruined it. Not to mention, it was over 80° out (late June) & no AC & flies swarming our faces. They did not check on us once, to see if we wanted a refreshment refill (which we wanted). Tried getting several people’s attention, by raising our hands, but they would divert their eyes & go back in the kitchen. They were very unfriendly, the whole time we were there. The food is GREAT, maybe just get some take out & have a better experience!?
