Limited parking shared with other businesses and lines are barely visible. Gets very warm in latter part of day, should open door for ventilation as the windows are single panels and don't actually open.

Service was lacking. An older male placed large pho in the middle of table without offering to give to the person who actually ordered it. Being a warmer day, water wasn't offered to be refilled. Never approached again after serving food. This was with us being the only patrons until the last ~10 min of our meal.

Pho was ok, nothing particular. Ordered the everything combo. Egg roll vermicelli and pork skewer/egg roll vermicelli had great portions. Not drowned/propped with veggies like other places. Very good flavor in the pork skewers.

Service was decent, and the pho was tasty. However, the restaurant smells like stale urine, a smell which gets far worse around their cleaning supplies that they keep on open shelves right near the kitchen.
It's also very pricy pho, approximately $20 for a small bowl after taxes, and $30 if you get an appetizer too, not including drink or tip.

Amazing pho broth and all other dishes are amazing as well. You can taste the love and passion and the owner treats everyone like they’re a queen/king. Parking is hard sometimes but that’s what happens when everyone knows they’re the best 🔥

Owner added 30% tip without asking and didn’t provide a receipt after I asked for it. Bad service, ok food.

Don't judge this place from the outside and venture in. Tasty food and good service in a small, cozy setting.

The people are fraudulent with state taxes. I think I should report it to the state for cheating Tax....
One more thing...watch out....They trying to overcharge....!!

I visited/visit here sooooo many times that they do not even bring me a menu anymore they just bring out my usual (lol). This is the best pho I have had. The broth is so flavorful and comforting. The noodles are perfect and the chili oil on the tables is always fresh and not dried out. I appreciate this restaraunt. The Lychee water is also amazing. My go to location for pho and I am glad I found this spot.

Parking can be a little tough at times but other than that no complaints.

Haven’t had pho in a good while. This was perfect. Really good time for my girlfriend and I during the rain and cold.

This restaurant offers good pho. The chicken chow mein however was small in size and bland flavor wise for paying almost 20 dollars for it, it was not worth it. They offer really good spring rolls.

Food was good but they overcharged me for my food. Both me and my partner got a regular size bowl of pho, but they charged us both for the large size! Super annoyed at this and they didn’t give me my receipt to verify and added it up by a calculator instead of using the register. Make sure to ask for a receipt if you go here!!

This is one of my favorite places to get pho. It's authentic and flavorful.

This is one of my FAVORITE restaurants in Seattle!! Whether it is the rich crab noodle soup (Banh Canh Cua) with huge pieces of actual crab in it (!!), or trying a new dish like their new duck noodle soup (Bun Mang Vit), their surprisingly addictive chow mein, or just a comforting bowl of pho, I can always count on getting an absolutely delicious, hearty bowl of noodles.

Would definitely recommend coming >30 minutes before closing time for dining in, as they are a small mom and pop restaurant and might get overwhelmed.

A local gem, I hope they always stay open 🥰
