They really care about how their individual ingredients shine. The meats are always so tender and broth on point. I've tried their pho, BBH, pork rice dish, and Vietnamese coffee. I have always thoroughly enjoyed everything.
This was a hard spot to rate… The food was palatable, but the service really ruined it. Not to mention, it was over 80° out (late June) & no AC & flies swarming our faces. They did not check on us once, to see if we wanted a refreshment refill (which we wanted). Tried getting several people’s attention, by raising our hands, but they would divert their eyes & go back in the kitchen. They were very unfriendly, the whole time we were there. Always delicious pho here, our favorite spot. I don’t eat beef so it’s hard to find places that actually have good non beef broth — this is that place. Highly recommend all the soups we’ve had.
