They closed up 25 min early and I got off the freeway just to go there. Then as I'm getting in my car because the doors were locked, someone comes up and let's there buddies in. Super disappointed in what should be a good coffee on my drive home.

I went to the bathroom and a employee came to knock the door and tell me it was time to come out. I feel I was racially profiled because I was dressed down (we just had a baby no sleep)

Visited on 1/24 at around 4:30pm, staff were not friendly at all, they don't thank you, the cashier answered with "What's up?," coffee taste like water, bathrooms were not clean, tables were sticky. Overall not a good experience.

Waited 15 min for a tea. Had to literally reverse from drive thru and go inside & still waited for it, hadn’t even been started by the time that it was supposed to be ready per the order. Had to ask 2 staff about where it was, disorganized and very slow.

I thought their baristas were trained. I ordered a iced latte with honey. I requested the honey to be stirred with the hot coffee. When I got my drink they did not stir it they just added the honey. So needless to say the honey was hard and did not melt into my drink. I requested my money back for the drink .The girl gave me too much money back I told her that . She was confused. then she called somebody over. I told the guy what I had ordered he said he could make it. I should have just gotten my money back the coffee was horrible. Won't do that again

I have been here a few times and I always use their drive-through. I don’t have the most typical order but they always get it correct and I really appreciate that. I always get exactly what I am expecting here and I get it very quickly. They seem to have a good staff here and I will continue to Visit this location.

The very very worst experience at this Starbucks location and I hated it because of the following reasons. First reason: I wanted to make instore order and scan and pay with the card at the store with my Starbucks mobile app and no one came at the counter and I ended up calling one of them and I waited almost over 30 minutes for the help of someone taking my order.

2nd reason: I wanted the oleato golden foam iced shaken espresso with oat milk and I asked them if they can bring my coffee in the glass instead of plastic cup and they said yes. 3rd reason: I almost waited another 45 minutes for the coffee that could be prepare quickly (between 4 to 10 minutes). When the barista called my name, I could see that they did not paid attentioned. The barista prepared my order in plastic cup instead of glass and I told them that I ordered my shaken espresso in a glass. They changed the plastic cup. Final reason and the worst part: the barista completely messed my order. I ordered the iced oleato shaken espresso with oat milk and when I tried it, I can taste the hazelnut in my iced Shaken Espresso and I could tell it was iced Hazelnut shaken espresso. So, I ended up going back to the counter and stopped drinking. I said to the barista who was the manager that my order messed up and it’s Wrong. I told them that I want the iced oleato golden foam shaken Espresso with Toffeenut syrup. They changed my order without apology and it was right.

The overall service is 1 out of 5 stars and for barista I Would give it 3 out of 5 stars. This location was a total joke. I want Starbucks provide me with apology gift or something that I can use towards my next purchase. My favorite Starbucks so far is starbucks Lake City and 145. They have a much better service and great baristas. Please do not spend your money going to the arora village location because of horrible service that I’ve encountered today.
