Some of the employees at this Starbucks are very rude. A tall man with a big beard (impossible to miss) dances in front of me while I'm trying to place my order and pays no attention to me.

This place is great! We go through the drive through almost every day to get our coffee and when we place our order, Which is usually the same thing, they recognize who we are & greet us by name. Top notch service in my opinion. Only thing I don't like is they have the paper lids for the hot coffee.
Which are horrible, we're saying they had the plastic like composable lids like in seattle. & also they have the cardboard straws which collapse on u & turn to mush. But i'm guessing that's some sort of corporate choice , and in no way reflects upon the people that work in the store, they are great.

Ordered a Grande Salted Caramel Strato at around 1pm on 10/17. When I got it I did not try right away as I got it from the drive thru, I would have asked them to make me another one.. When I finally tried it, The drink was bland, like drinking blended ice with tiny flavor and for some reason the cup was broken. This was a very sloppy service. I've been getting The strato drink everyday for the past few weeks but this one really dissapointed me.

These compostable cups don’t even last 10-15 minutes! What a frustrating joke! Lid was on tight but I started noticing it was dripping on me every time I took a sip, see photo, I got coffee all over me before realizing what was happening plus I’m driving. Then, I noticed the lid was turning brown. The City of Shoreline is the only city in the state requiring compostables but I won’t be returning to this location!!

This Starbucks is inside the hospital on 76th st.in Edmonds.The gal that took my order would have a hard time being ruder.... coffee was good.

They closed up 25 min early and I got off the freeway just to go there. Then as I'm getting in my car because the doors were locked, someone comes up and let's there buddies in. Super disappointed in what should be a good coffee on my drive home.

I went to the bathroom and a employee came to knock the door and tell me it was time to come out. I feel I was racially profiled because I was dressed down (we just had a baby no sleep)

Visited on 1/24 at around 4:30pm, staff were not friendly at all, they don't thank you, the cashier answered with "What's up?," coffee taste like water, bathrooms were not clean, tables were sticky. Overall not a good experience.

Waited 15 min for a tea. Had to literally reverse from drive thru and go inside & still waited for it, hadn’t even been started by the time that it was supposed to be ready per the order. Had to ask 2 staff about where it was, disorganized and very slow.
