Great value here: carnitas plate comes with rice, beans with cheese, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, caramelized onions, two salsas, flour or corn tortillas, and a veritable heap of carnitas, tender but with those crispy edges. And a grilled jalapeño. Oh, and avocado!I raised Tacos el Encanto to the full five stars because they've been consistently good for a long time now. Fast, friendly service.

This is a food truck that serves fabulous Mexican fare that tastes like the real stuff from a real Mexican restaurant. The food is fresh. Is made at the time of ordering. Large portions. Here's a clue for finding a good Mexican food joint: if it has a line of Hispanic people outside, it's probably pretty good. I had a Daily Special plate that was 3 soft tacos, beans and rice that also included a can of soda. Upon opening the food bag, encased in plastic bags were fresh...
