Had to reorder form this place three times in one day because they couldn’t stop putting pickles and tomatoes on my portabella burger, whoever works on Wednesday and Fridays always messes up my order.

Updating review, 2nd time coming in and the person taking orders was pleasant while another woman behind the counter was eating and picking her teeth and then went back to work without washing her hands. We won't be back again. Dry grisly burgers on shriveled buns. The fries were stacked on top of each other so the containers on the bottom were super smashed and soggy. No one would eat the fries because they're so soggy and over salted.

Easily the greatest grilled burger in the region, and my favorite burger joint overall. Reasonably priced, fast & friendly service, and delicious food. I love that the fries are always cooked to crispy perfection on the outside and pillow softness on the inside. Better than the Ballard location by a country mile, I would recommend this location to any burger lover who finds themselves near Mountlake Terrace or Hwy 99.

Unexpectedly great food we didn't know what to think by the name or reviews. I can tell you it was phenomenal food, service and vibe. The place is small but the sandwiches are just a bomb of flavors and in a good way. They take pride on how they prepare their foods and it shows on the plates. Overall a great experience and will be back when in town.

Going down in my memory as the worst constructed burger I've ever had. It's like someone took two halves of broken patties and threw it on the buns. Over half to a third of the burger was nothing but lettuce. I've never had fries that disappointed me so much. I ordered online for pickup and the sauces that I paid for and were free (ketchup) were missing. The best thing about this way overpriced order was how overly syruped the Pepsi was.

Takeout food is almost never ready when the automated system says it is and it can vary in either direction. Also, they're often so busy it can take a few minutes before someone can hand off your food. People are fantastic, though.

Being from Goleta, these burgers bring a bite of nostalgia. I used to eat at the OG Habit in old town, the burgers definitely don’t taste exactly like they do in Goleta, but they are still solid and make me feel like I’m back in the good land. A Charburger with cheese bacon and avocado paired with onion rings and a side of ranch is the way to go.
