Never get Wingstop. They are trying to start an epidemic by making people sign for orders. I have no problems with Wingstop watching me confirm orders I pick up. But to make me touch a nasty order pick up sheet is just wrong. If you want all that information then you need to write it down. I dont want to compromise my customers and my own health. I should not have to subject to myself to the harmful chemicals in hand sanatizer either. If you want all that information you should contact DoorDash, Uber eat etc.... instead of slowing people up trying to get your food to our customers.

This used to be a great spot but has gone downhill fast.

Never meets their promised time and the employees do it on purpose. My orders have been late the last 3 times and it's clear that it's some low, self-esteem powertrip move cause they could've made the entire order in the amount of time but they intentionally delay to make themselves feel important.

Music is too loud. I can't hardly hear what the front counter guy is saying. Employees are on their phones and standing or sitting around. I have to wait outside because all the seats are occupied by employees with their phones googling away.

They took our money and shorted us 1/3 of our wings. Tried to call the store THEY DONT ANSWER. NEVER BUYING FROM THEM. Going to file a chargeback. Communication Wing Stop, Communications. You’re fired. 0 Stars for Customer Service

Every location I pick up GrubHub deliveries has slow and rude service. I'm about to boycott their pickups with how consistently bad Wingstop is customer service wise.

First (and likely last) time at this Wingstop, although we visit a Wingstop more than is reasonable (2-3x/month). This location was very well staffed with pleasant people who were friendly and efficient. The issue is with the environment. This restaurant is very small. Two of the four tables were occupied by Wingstop employees presumably on break. One of whom was listening to videos on her phone very loudly (in order to be heard over the unbelievably loud music playing in the restaurant.) Several customers stood, waiting for a table to open up.

Also, as noted by other reviewers, they left the seasoning off the Cajun wings. It was just hot sauce. Trying to get it fixed was a hassle. Food was hot and good, but this location wasn't worth the visit.

I had a mobile pick up and was greeted with prompt service with a smile from an employee named David . Quick and efficient in and out. Opened my food and found I had ordered the breaded wings(big mistake as a gluten free person). The employee David answered my call to the store and actually refunded me so I could get the right wants. Saved me from a ruined night, special thanks to David!

I love my wings WELL DONE. I certainly appreciate the option. Today I am heartbroken as the Sweet CHILI Glaze is gone. Gone like yesterday,. Please bring it back Mr WingStop dude? Pretty please with SWEET CHILI Glaze on top?🙏😭

I placed an order online for my family for dinner. Once I returned home, I discovered the food was ice cold. I took the food back to the store and I was told that they could remake my food or I would receive a refund within 5 to 7 days. My issue was this was the refund was not processed. I was expected to take the word of the woman in charge. She told me that she could text her area manager a copy of my receipt so they can process the refund as she could not process it in the. She then took a call from her manager, Robert, who told me the same thing that they stand on. I would receive a refund within 5 to 7 days with no proof of this refund with me leaving the store. I was told that I could either except that or they could remake my food. Not to mention there were multiple employees playing in the back cooking area. I didn’t trust this at this point. I feel this is very unjust. Very unacceptable and not good customer service. Wingstop do better!!

Waited over 2 hours for a delivery. When the first driver showed up the order wasn’t ready when they said. So when the second driver showed up they closed early. Worse service not just this time but every time. What a shame the food is good but the service is beyond terrible. Please don’t waist your time. Now to try to get a refund that I paid for but never got.
