It would be perfect if they would just include the dang sauce we ordered. Many fried items, you cannot even order without sauce, but they often forget this simple thing. The bags are sealed up and I feel I shouldn't have to doubt the correctness of my order and check at the counter, every single time. Here I am using Jack In The Box sauces, because they actually care about their customers. I don't know what is wrong with this location or if they are just trying to save a few cents, just include the sauce that is built into the price of the item.

Arby’s please teach your employees how to use the mobile app. I ordered 2 things. JUST 2. Fries and a milkshake. It took them 15 minutes because the milkshake machine was down. Not their fault the employees were so nice and trying their best to fix it but I was on my work lunch and needed to go back soon so I asked for a refund. They told me I had to get a refund through the app which is Understandable because that’s where I ordered. I had just downloaded the app and had no idea how to do a refund so I asked the employees for help on where to go and they said they don’t get taught how to use the app and have no idea how it works. Your own app and you don’t teach it? Why is that? I ended up getting something else I think of lesser value but come on. I still can’t find how to do a refund on the app. I feel bad because the employee was very apologetic and I’m sorry if I was a bit snippy but come on this could have been avoided so easily.

Milkshake with added emotional damage.

I don’t know what possessed me to order a milkshake from Arby’s. Maybe it was curiosity. Maybe it was the curly fries whispering, “Dip us, coward.” Either way, I went for it — a Jamocha shake, which sounds less like a drink and more like a jazz musician who plays the trombone at brunch.

First sip: confusion. It’s coffee? It’s chocolate? It’s the culinary equivalent of a middle child trying to please everyone. But somehow… it works. It’s like if a mocha latte went on vacation and decided to never come back.

The texture? Smooth. Cold. Slightly thicker than the moral gray area I was entering by drinking 800 calories of liquid dessert after a Meat Mountain. The whipped cream on top looked like it had seen things. The straw was way too small for the density of what I was dealing with — like trying to drink wet cement through a Capri Sun straw.

Halfway through, I realized this shake is the Switzerland of fast food beverages: neutral, inoffensive, and inexplicably powerful. You can dip fries in it, cry into it, or use it as emotional support after eating four layers of roast beef.

By the end, I was full, jittery, and questioning all my life choices — which, to be fair, is the full Arby’s experience.

Food is fine but they are never accepting online orders, so I can’t use any app deals.

Now that Red Robin no longer serves mozzarella sticks Arby's has the best hands down.

Ordered a Reuben sandwich, didn’t ask for extra sauce or anything and for some reason they put SO MUCH sauce on it that it was leaking through the paper bag… ended up tossing it bc it was too salty and just a mess. For the price of the food compared to other fast food places I expect way better quality

Absolutely disappointed. I don't go to the Everett location much, but this was definitely the worst one I have been in so far. We came here at 11am and the place was filthy! Food everywhere, tables were sticky. I thought they had a 2 for $7 deal, no specials on the menu inside the restaurant. So I spent $50 on 2 meals and 2 small sides. I would have rather much have gone elsewhere. But it was the closest to where we were while waiting for someone in a short time.
The cleanliness was probably my main issue. We weren't greeted, and seemed more like we were bothering rather than being treated like a customer.

Sign on the door says the lobby is open until 10. We ordered for pickup at the counter at 8:33pm and the front door is locked. We can see our food on the counter. We knocked and no one came until we called the store and asked to be let in. Then our orders were missing pieces (luckily, that was quickly remedied once brought to their attention). I understand if there's a reason why the lobby has to close early but there was no explanation for it.

Ordered a brisket sandwich and specifically told them I want spicy barbecue sauce. Call them ahead of time before DoorDash got there. They said my order wasn’t there yet, but it was there and when I got my sandwich at my door, there was no sauce at all in the bag And it wouldn’t take responsibility

Waited a while in drive through, then they got my order wrong. Next time, I will check my food before I drive away from the drive through. Because I didn't get a chance to because I had to go someplace. This seems to be happening more and more at these drive through restaurants. This is why they don't have the crowds they used to anyway.
