I’m a regular here and the early morning girls are usually sooo sweet & friendly. I have never had a complaint until today. I came through about 5 mins ago & was helped by an extremely rude blonde girl (about 12:25pm 12/18), she didn’t even say hello when I came up to the window. She didn’t smile once, didn’t ask me how I was or speak to me at all besides asking what I wanted to drink. I gave her a $4 tip and told her to have a nice day, thinking maybe her day was just going rough. All she replied was “mhmm” with a glare. I’m just shocked she couldn’t even mutter up the words “thank you”? Wow, what an off putting experience, I’ll definitely stop coming here if that’s how the customer service is shifting. My lotus also tastes like a cup of syrup. It really puts a dapper on your day when you have an experience like that.

I swear this place has the best coffee in town! And their prices beat most other coffee shops around. I've been a regular for several years and I have not once been disappointed by the coffee or staff.Their coffee is freshly roasted by Vista Clara Coffee just down the street which I also recommend visiting if you want some fresh coffee to take home.
