Marco the general manager and Rita are always very nice and attentive. We have been to the mill creek and marysville locations and the food is always hit and miss with them burning the chicken or overcooking the burgers. The Snohomish location they always have everything fresh and cooked perfectly. Highly recommend

An average experience. Food was okay.
Met with friends here and there was plenty of seating for all.

Bathrooms and restaurant was extremely clean. That alone makes it worth returning too!

These guys are charging sit down dining experience prices for what is essentially Dick's burgers level of service. You pay up front before getting your food, you have to get and refill your own water, you have to seat yourself and the only time you see a waiter is if you press a button. You can't be charging $20 for a mid burger and make me fill up my own water.

I was disappointed with the food here. Just a bit below average. I wish there was something special about this place. Just a cool company logo and signage. The ownership has a jem in the making, just need a new master chef, then have some delicious options.

Snohomish location. This restaurant is OK. Food is stable. I had the dipping burger and French onion soup. Both items were good

Food is not that great. Service is on par with food quality. Should have gone go the Ram or Red Robin instead.

Cold fries. Staff forgot our drinks til after our meals were finished.

I think the manager was purposefully trying to confuse my mother by rapidly listing out the sides...

Such a disappointing Mother's Day 😞

Have not been here for a while. I ordered the griiled chicken, avacado sandwich on chibatta bread with sweet potato fries. It was very good. Chicken was juicy, and aioli was delicious. Will come back again sooner than later.
