Bliss has some of the best ice cream. The Rocky Road is dangerously good. The staff was super friendly. The decor is really cute and everything looked clean and sanitary. I will be back!

I have mixed reviews. I think the ice cream is good, but not great for the price. Very expensive for a single scoop compared to other stores we have been. I think it's great that they offer gluten free and even better that they offer dairy free as well. That is where they stand out. If their prices were more competitive to $4-ish dollars for a single scoop then it might not be a once or twice a year trip. Will we go back, absolutely, but will be rare this is the place we choose. On a good note the flight option they sell is a great option to split. Give this a reaction if you agree.

Friendly. Tried the gritty city gravel. Might have coffee grounds in it if that’s your thing. I might get it again. Posted hours are inaccurate. They start to get ready for business at the posted time, but are not open until later. On Wednesday they didn’t actually open until 5:16 pm so check google and don’t arrive early.

I had amazing customer service today. My 4 year old ordered “pink ice cream” (even tried a sample first), I paid, we went and sat down and he ate a few bites then said he didn’t like it and wanted blue ice cream instead. So i went and ordered the “blue ice cream”, got my card out to pay and the girl wouldn’t let me because she over heard he didn’t like the first one. You hardly come by that kind of customer service anymore and I felt very taken care of!

Such a wonderful ice cream shop! TOTALLY gluten free, and you'd never know it! They have cookie dough ice cream, and waffle cones. There are lots of other flavors, including seasonal and vegan. And the vegan ones taste almost exactly like their non-vegan counterpart. My super picky husband couldn't tell the difference! Sugar cones, cake cones, waffle cones, and bowls available. Ice cream cakes available!

I have two children with Celiac Disease who are huge ice cream lovers. We just visited for the first time and the lol on my 9 year old son’s face when he found out he could have a waffle cone was beyond priceless. The service we got was amazing and don’t even get me started on the ice cream. I can truly say this is now going to be our family’s go to ice cream shop from now on.

I love that they have so many flavors! The mexican spice and rocky road are very good. However, I wish the ice cream was more creamy. These are more of almost a sorbet consistency, very sticky. Overall it’s nice to have the option in Snohomish. Kind service too!
