This is a low quality ghost kitchen in Collectors Choice restaurant. We placed an order and got incredibly small portions, two dishes completely missing from the order, and diff quality about what you could expect from the freezer section. Do not suffer, go elsewhere.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hot food service is fast and tasty. Salads are fresh. Drinks are very well made. Customers are fun to talk with.
Great food and service
Great food and service
We were there twice within a couple of weeks. Breakfast: corned beef hash was awesome! eggs, bacon, biscuit and potatoes were standard, but good. Lunch: hamburgers and FF were very good. Service was nice!
Visited here for a business lunch. Service was outstanding. The food was terrific - Had the Asian Style Lettuce Wraps (Sesame Ginger BBQ chicken, crisp cabbage slaw, wonton shreds and a mild wasabi aioli in butter lettuce cups) which were amazing. So good that I ordered another for dinner that night! Thanks for the great team service.
Their pork fried rice was excellent. Had great flavor and they were able to make it without egg (allergies) so that was positive.Their Mongolian Beef however was extremely salty. Beef was tender and chunky, which we liked but way too much salt. Orange Chicken was a huge disappointment. The chicken itself was good, but the sauce they’re using needs to be revisited. Very blah.

We decided to try the new Chow Fusion online order system at Collectors Choice. First I tried to place an order on my cell phone. It would not complete order. I then successfully placed my order on my laptop and even received a confirmation number with instructions that said order would be ready for pick up in 20 minutes. Waited 15 minutes, then went down to pick up my order as I live only a few minutes away. Presented my Name and order confirmation number, even showed them on my phone. They said they had never received it, they said they would put in a rush order. 15 minutes later I left with my order. One item I ordered was the Orange chicken. Description read Tempura Chicken stir-fried in our house made Fresh Orange Juice Marmalade Chili Soy Sauce with fresh orange slices and broccoli. I got the tempura chicken and that's all. When I called the restaurant they said it would be on the side in a small packet, really? Small packet? What, am I supposed to stir fry it myself with the sauce in the plastic tube like a Frozen Food Kit from Safeway? The individual on the phone also Lied! She insisted that she placed the sauce packet in the order. Sure, Uh-Hu. There was no broccoli either, none at all. When I asked about that they proceeded to tell me that's because they were out of broccoli and didn't have any. The pork fried rice was tasteless, flavored with air possibly. The pot stickers were the only thing that was any good. As a resident of Snohomish I have been a patron of CCR for many many years. I have had many lunches and dinners there with clients, family and friends, even a Highschool Graduation Celebration Dinner there a few years ago. This is the first time I have been so disappointed, disgusted in fact as I didn't even get an apology or asked how they could make it right. Owners/Managers of CCR, I would suggest that you stick to what you know best and that is the great Fare you have served in your restaurant for so many years. My Chow Fusion experience was one step up from Chun King, three steps steps down from what you can get at Haggen's Deli Chinese Food Section on Ave D, and one step down from the Frozen Food Section at Safeway. I realize mistakes can be made but this many? No! Since no seemed to care about making it right or even offer an apology, I will be spreading the word with neighbors and business associates. Thank you.
Dry chicken, expensive prices for bad quality. Confusing to get to because the signs outside don't match the name on Google. Don't bother visiting.
I think it is a shame that this restaurant charges 6% service free for each guest that DOES NOT go to the server but back to the restaurant owner and after talking to the waiter, none of the 6% goes back to the employees! So not only do you pay 10% sales tax-this 6% is a fee that goes to the restaurant above the already inflated meal charges! So if you were to tip the traditional 20% to your server plus the 16% for tax and restaurant fee you are now paying 36% of your meal. This is ridiculous and very unfair that the worker bee is the one that doesn't get any reward only the owner!! I was told that when people see the service fee they deduct it from the tip that's meaning the server gets zero tip. I used to enjoy coming to this restaurant, however, I never noticed a service fee before.
Fantastic! Such great flavors!! Homemade sweet and sour that isn’t gloppy! You can actually taste the herbs and spices used in it. The vegetables are fresh and a great mix of different ones. Truly the best our family has tried in the area!! So delicious! We’ve been multiple times and have tried almost everything on the menu. Nothing has disappointed!
Finally! Some really great Chinese food in Snohomish! Love all the options especially the honey walnut shrimp, egg rolls, sweet and sour and Mongolian beef. The orange chicken actually has orange flavor. Thankful for a new take out place!
