Love this place. Only thing I would reccomend is having someone who is nicer at the front counter. Person who checked me out was obviously not wanting to work that day, or obviously had something better to do. I asked their sizes for their bags and the very rudely just pointed behind them and didnt say a word. Kind of a buzz kill if you ask me. Would've like to talk with someone who knows about the tea and get some reccomendations. Love this place though and its array of teas to organic which is a big thing for me.

Plentiful choices. My favorite is the Mocha Hazelnut.

Everything Tea on First Street in Snohomish is an absolute haven for tea lovers! The moment you step inside, you’re welcomed by the cozy aroma of herbs and spices and a calm, inviting atmosphere. Their selection is incredible—hundreds of loose-leaf blends, from classics to unique house specialties you won’t find anywhere else. The staff is super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable; they always take the time to help you find the perfect tea for your taste or mood. Whether you’re a casual sipper or a serious tea enthusiast, this shop is a dream. A true Snohomish treasure—don’t miss it!

This place is great. They have a large selection of loose leaf teas. The service was wonderful, she was super helpful and friendly. We will definitely be going back when all the tea we got runs out.

I liked the Gig Harbor store, 5 stars for that location. After GH closed, they told me I could order online from the Snohomish location. The GH store had a rewards program and would sometimes send promotions. The Snohomish store doesn't have that. I have ordered online twice now from the Snohomish store, and both times they have goofed up my order and sent tea that I didn't order rather than what I did order! The first time, it took 2 calls to the location to get the issue resolved. This time, I am already 2 calls in and still haven't talked to the person who can correct the mistake, apparently. Bad experiences for me so far. I love the tea, but the service at the Snohomish location is poor.

My husband gave me a gift card Xmas of 2023, I went to the tea shop in March and they had some really great tea. I was happy. But then I tried to go to the shop again and found out it was permanently closed. I called their phone numbers numerus times with no answer. I emailed them and they said they are closed at the Gig Harbor location but I could use my gift card at their other Location in Snohomish, which is a two hour drive from my home. I emailed them again and sent a copy of my gift card to see if they would mail me tea to this day they still have not honored the gift card balance. If they return to Gig Harbor I will not be going to the shop, I would rather visit Tea Madame.

I had such a great experience with Brittany today. She helped us so much pick out the perfect tea!

Cosy little place having plenty of tea flavors. You can smell the tea from their jars. No sampling. Highly recommend for tea lovers.

I can't think of a better place to buy tea and matcha.

Thank you for help in the Snohomish tea room today. Everything was well-stocked and we have refilled our tea cupboard!
